I got my holding now and wait for the developments. OCR going made at the moment. If we could get an effect like that then be great. I think 15p surely got to be the min for this company!

I agree I have topped up this morning now taken my position. Just gonna sit and wait now! Though Hedge find advisor can you stop commenting ramping style! We want to attract people here not them to think this a pump and dump.

I think over the next week or we be firmly on the radar. maybe when the hype on OCR dies down? I hope can do well here. I am in NEW and got hit by a dilluation RNS today. Hoping to make a good amount here to top up there later in Feb.

Yes I agree and the more coverage we get over the coming months people will want the shares and as not that many about the SP can only go one way! I think a good chance they will sell it, just depends on what the final figure will be. I would say 14-15p for an accepted offer. If the directors brought in last July they will want some return on the 11.75p. Good luck lets hope this comes off!

Ok thanks. 4-6 weeks quite acceptable. It just I remember the people in raymarine had to wait months for their monies to come through. Be a interesting couple of weeks. Also as OCH been involved in T/O talks. The style in interest investing is fresh in peoples minds. We could see a rise past 10p. Greed will always play a part in maybe pushing that sp that little bit further!

Thanks for that I take it once the offer is accepted then the shares suspended. I take it then we have to wait a number of months for our investment to be paid back to us? If that the case then as u say I have a figure in mind (if reached) then getting out. I prefer not to have too much capital locked away as I have some shares which I think gonna do well over the coming months

Yes and with so few shares in circulation then this could move quite a bit. On takeovers I never been in one. Could the SP rise on speculation more then actually been offered. IE it rises to 18p then an RNS says 15p? Naturally for price then to drop to around that SP? Just thinking is it bet to sell before news comes out type thing?

Hopefully we will see a SP re-rating on this stock before too long. The directors buying in within last 7 months looks promising.

Many thanks for the informative feedback. I am in here, got in on the rise yesterday ( I saw OCR and thought this do the same). Im running at a slight loss at the moment! Though I think it's worth waiting to hang on here as you say. Surely if a offer came in it has to be in the region of 12p? Though to be honest even if 8-10p came in be still a good profit for me in the short turn!

So it's very dependant on a bid then? If ATD has no working capitial. It is a make or break situation, or am I reading this wrong?

Will be intresting, low shares in issue so will move with any buys. If news good then this will go much higher. Unfortunetly the share got caught by the rampers today! Should be ok over the next few weeks.

I had this on my watchlist at 13p, though tied up waiting on some other shares at the moment and no funds to come in. This looks long term good value!

You in here then? I was in GTE at 8p then sold at 11p. I know a certain poster was saying it was going to fly to 15p but never did. Can't remember the poster name but he used to ramp a bit. Anyway looks like a good recovery stock back to 9p again?
