Just my thoughts.

Yes, well taken me a while to get to my desired target, but ionically due to the low SP it created an opportunity for me to do it, had it been much higher it would be much more difficult, so I see the current SP, as turning a negative into a positive. However, I probably won’t stop, I will keep topping up when I can, I am generally of the thinking, just keep buying until a certain rising SP is reached.

I can understand what posters are saying about the current SP, I never thought we be at these levels after the route plan of news we received. However, I do think that is where the some or if not all the issues remain; the news, lack of anything really tangible. AIM is mostly done on sentiment and looking back there hasn’t what I say a real piece of news which says ‘oh am I missing the train or the boat’ etc. I am sure plenty have ATM on their watchlist, well I know it’s evident, as we now attracting certain posters and comments, who rarely posted in the past, as the opportunity is now of an interest to them.

Re the selling, I am not sure why, but generally could be an institutions and they just sell at a set time, rather than say wait until the SP rises, it could be a bit of manipulation, if there is / was a large holder it’s easier to do this on AIM, than FTSE. I am not finding it completely alarming, as I have seen this before with certain companies, then had a rising SP, then you think what was that all about.

It is clear that there is some low morale in ATM, we require some real big bang ‘probably eye watering’ pieces of news to really get the SP cog noving, this will probably need to be the conclusion of the strategic process, I think it was the one piece of news many were in for then it didn’t materialise, then they were off. In AIM it’s all about the now, rarely do people see further then a few months ahead, the ramping of production will come, but again it’s down the line and people are not waiting for the larger picture.

I see ATM as a long term investment pension pot kinda style, but as we know in AIM only takes 1 piece of decent news to change things, so I’ll add when I can and hopefully reap the rewards in time.

Exactly, typical looking for a cheaper buy in, we know the market is always punishing ATM for sentiment.

The word lock in, I would often describe of an SP of no hope of ever reaching heights again, we all know it's news sentiment driven, in times like this I try to turn a negative into a positive, by adding.

Richyf3, I don't blame you IMHO, you have to look at the wider picture now, as much as the SP is painful to see.

This isn't a company on it's knees, yet we might be in the 2's before long, quite unbelievable. One of my tranches was bought in the 9's, one day I hope to recoup and break even on that one.

Lol that T shirt offer, reminded me of another share I was in I can't remember which one it was, but they were banging on about a 10p or a £1 party, when the SP got to that, which naturally never materialised.

I came into ATM with a 5 year plan, like many here I am well below my average, but I am what I believe taking advantage of the current share price.

I believe ATM will eventually come good, but it could take as some posters say 9-12 months I can wait for that, as long as it does come. I have been down in the past on another share took the hit and then 6 months later it bagged, patience can be your allie in the markets.

Though, I can fully understand the poster saying about being 50% down, it can be alarming, though things on AIM can change for the better or indeed the worst.

I have always thought that CEO's on AIM companies just get away with too much, mainly they under perform, whilst drawing a large salary, they often in a win win situation.

If they were paid on performance, they'd often be drawing very little, as shareholders we can have a somewhat say on this?

It is wise to be cautious, though that goes with the territory with an AIM listed company, the regular thing, which undones any AIM miner (or any AIM company come to think of that), is cash-burn with lack of funds in the bank.

I came in here, as ATM appeared to not be the dilution brigade like other AIM companies, especially one beginning with P, which I used to be a part of. I also liked the fact that AV had some vast skin in the game, unlike other AIM companies where there were directors dealings, but you had to ignore them as often only a grand when the director was on +£100k salary; which in turn brings me on to another point, AV salary. It is quite unbelievable how he’s on that much. I appreciate that he got ATM from a certain point business wise, but the SP doesn’t reflect that, we can only judge a striker on his goal tally. He keeps mentioning mid tier mining company, but he really needs to stop this egotistic talk and actually start delivering.

The tin prices is key to this for the time being as you state, Lithium prices are getting low again, we require Tin prices to give us that contingency, this is on the assumption that AV delivers no news. ATM has been very news bare for a while now, it not surprising the SP has drifted in the current climate conditions.

I think many of us would be just fairly pleased to get back to our averages (assuming a few are like me with an average higher than today’s SP), I still think this has value, but I do feel a little bit more cautious, then I did say this time last year.

I came in here with a 5 year plan in 2022, the initial idea was to have 3 years of build up and 2 years of very a good share appreciation, the timescales for me are still on course, despite a woeful SP, but I have to say the last webinar I thought AV looked a bit jaded.

We fairly far into 2024, I am hoping this 2024 is not a complete write off SP wise, it would be nice to get back to my average. Things move fast in the market time wise, especially when there is a stagnant SP and not a lot of news to drive sentiment, if this go towards the end of the year, then only 9 months left before we facing the Orion warrant hurdle.

It would be a decent idea to get Brandberg west (as Copper said), to create some kind of sell able asset, to unpin finances. At the moment what is there news wise coming forward, we need some tangible information for the market to actually stamp on us SP wise.

I believe in ATM, but I think I said around Easter, AV needs to start delivering, I am wondering will I be saying the same nearer Christmas?

A good point someone made about things being managed correctly for success.

I don't want to bring Sport into this, but you can have great assets, but if they not managed / guided correctly, it can turn into a disaster.

Naturally, I'm not hoping for failure here, but if AV doesn't start delivering some positive vibes & actual news, then everything ATM has, won't be utilised to it's maximum benefit.

I think this eye watering offer is sticking to AV a bit, I do wonder if it was a flippant arrogant comment, was an eye watering offer actually made, but if it was surely, we as shareholders should have a right to vote on it. TBH, an offer would actually help the SP, I think Atlantic had an offer, but ok there SP hasn’t shot up, but it has stabilized and probably attract investors down the line.

I would have been interested to know what the actual offer was!

Some good interesting opinions here, I always try to take a balanced view on things.

A lot of AIM shares are sentiment driven, especially on BB’s, how many times do we hear the train is leaving, get your flight to the moon etc, this breeds some inexperienced investors who are jumping on certain bandwagons, I must admit I was similar in my earlier years of investing, probably why I didn’t any money on AIM!

A few years ago, I changed my style of selection on AIM and ATM fitted that bill. I now ignore the noise of get in now comments and stick with certain companies longer. I have to say that AV statements, sometimes are a bit rampy and this in turn attracts short term investors, who want to sell on news, in this situation it’s the strategic process, a lot of people who entered in here were hanging on for it, when that news doesn’t materialise they are off to chase the next one, thinking they’ll make a killing , only to come back here nearer the time with their profits.

I do believe sentiment is the main reason why we are where we are, has there been really good news for the market to bite on too? I am naturally hoping this will change in the next quarter, but I believe in ATM, it’s just you do require a lot of patience with it.

I am targeting a seven figure holding and taken advantage of this lull in things, which I hope will soon recover.

More cheese - Well likewise I had a higher SP buy than you, I bought a tranche (one of my larger tranches) at 9.33p, though fortunately my other tranche buys have been a lot lower. However, I suspect like most here, I am currently a bit off my average.

It's good that we have a bit more clarity on the situation, naturally not fully owning something gonna hinder any deals.

Hopefully, this is another piece in the jigsaw, still believe in ATM.

I entered here around March 2022, and buying around the 6p mark, though I have managed to buy some tranches cheaper. I must admit I would of thought we'd be a bit more approeption on the SP now, than since I joined.

However, ATM is my biggest holding, I see this as an opportunity to top up, I am liking the size of my holding and have a figure in mind I want to achieve holding wise. I am hoping the SP will eventually reflect in appreciation, but as Peking says there has been more shares allocated and the length of the Strategic deal is taking a very long time, the market isn;t rating us and I can see some reason why that is.

I do think at some point the nes has to come and then we shall gather some momentum, when that is I don't know, but news drives sentiment, which we require in abundance at the moment!

I think realistically mid tier 2026/7 is very achievable, I have patience in waiting for true results, it's the ones where I am in a long time and nothing occurs, which annoys me.

I am taking advantage when I can to reach my target holding, naturally if the SP surges it makes that summit steeper to reach.

There is a lot of decent news to come over the course of 2024, all IMHO!
