I know that AV developed a £600mc company, ie BMN, I saw on the historical charts it peaked around 48p once and AV sold there in 2021.

My question is, as I don’t know all that much about BMN, IE how many shares they had in circulation, what assets they had then to make a comparison, would you say the path of developing BMN was more difficult, than ATM?

I assume that ATM has better class of assets, thus in theory, better assets should be easier to get the ATM market cap into that territory of the peak, which BMN had and possibly beyond that?

Would you say that is a fair comment or not?

I found the interviewers volume was really loud compared to AV, I had to keep turning up the volume for AV, then I was getting blasted when the interviewer started talking.

That aside....

The boxes are ticked with the world class assetts, they just have to come into fruition now, which the market should reflect in the SP.

There is a deramper on ADFVN, which keeps spouting about the SP and saying the market doesn't believe AV or ATM. I can understand how newbies look at this and think, why is the SP so low, been stagnant for a while, however many who have done their research know where this eventually will be heading and best to get in early before the crowd emerges.

Sadly, though we'll probably then witness derampers arriving in this BB in force, due to missing the boat!

I think for anyone wanting to first of all get into ATM, this video serves a good basic overall explanation of the where the company has come from and where it's going too.

AV has been in the game for years, grew up with it in fact, has a massive holding himself, so it lays out a good overall picture of what things to come. it's certainly not your overall dog typical AIM company!

I concur, no way are they going to release the news this time of the year. TBH prefer it that way to have news released in a unbroken period of 5 days a week of trading until April.

You right on the expectations score, it generally works that way and the 10% sell on news brigade are always in force on AIM now.

I am hoping to reach a certain number of holdings before this does eventually pop, so I don't mind the SP staying that bit low a bit further, but if SP goes, then it goes!

A lot of buys coming in, though a part of me wants news of the strategic partnership through, another part of me wants a good run of momentum without breaks IE christmas.

The 'battery grade' bit really is a worthy one, it's a great new step, (certainly temporally shut up Mr Deramper on ADFVN), I would of thought the SP would of reacted better somewhat, (though rarely does here at the moment)!

Though, goes back to my post about when facts are released (not information RNS's), ie when we start posting decent returns on the stuff, ATM is a sleeping giant, it's quite exciting, as you can't even place a figure on it all. Throughout, 2024 we shall be privy to factual RNS's and these ones shall drive the SP, which is going to be quite transformational, IMHO.

I have a few of these and I still want more!

On ADFVN some de-ramper kept saying about the grades being technical grade, but now we have battery grade in a certain sector, the positive news keeps coming.

All starting to form towards that news of the strategic partnership and then some afterwards no doubt, whilst at these prices, I just keep adding!

Probably end up red at the end of the day!

It's all about building and de risking the stock, it becoming one of the more secure holds on AIM and for that reason I fail to see why people would not want to be invested here, when you consider the risk attitude of AIM market.

I am looking forward to 2024, it should be a very decent year for ATM.

It's all about 2024 here now, most company's & markets start winding down for christmas, TBH I prefer it that way, nothing to stop momentum after christmas.

ATM is getting a better outfit by each passing year, a much better position than this time last year.

Other people beaten me too it, yes the holdings are listed in those areas.

Not many AIM companies BOD, have this style of holding in a company. I find with AIM company's they say all this and that, but when you look at the holdings register have only £2k worth when on £100k a salary, obviously they believe I what they say!

Whereas with the ATM BOD, it holds more weight, as they have mega holdings.

There is some culminating going on in the background, but does it surprise us? I mean, it is the textbook way of doing it, buy it when they are low!

I do believe that 2024 for ATM will be a RNS’s of facts, which the market will eventually respond and wake up too. There is so much incoming on certain fronts.

I am very pleased how AV has got the company into this position and appears to be delivering in what is a tough current climate.

There has to be some truth in that broker note prediction, I do take that stuff with a pinch of salt, but even if half correct, I think we’d all pretty much take that to start with!

I can well believe that re the amount of placings in 2023. The amount of times I found AIM market not to deliver in a certain stock is due to placings, (one miner beginning with P), I was in there, were practically doing a placing every 2 months!

The reason I invested here, was that the BOD have huge skin in the game, that is rare on AIM and what I mean is serious money, not a token gesture of a couple of grands worth, when they on a mega salary.

The financing has been secured for now, some say that ATM won’t be able to reach the upper levels of production due to require further financing, but that is way down the line.

IMHO, for what ATM have, the news to follow and what work that AV and BOD have put in get us to this position, the current SP is a very good reward to risk ratio, which I struggle to see better alternatives on AIM.

Interesting POV's on the broker note, don't get me wrong, I would clearly accept that by March!

When you take into account the warrants at 9p, there seems to be path that suggests the SP will be higher in time, there is so much happening in 2024 and the market is just assessing the SP on what they have.

I suppose when you break it down we haven't had much in the way of categorially fact news, it's been all been mostly predicted stuff IE next years our production be this etc. If we were to receive the outcome of the strategic partnership deal, it's a fact, not a prediction and then we'll see the market re-address the SP.

In the AIM market it's brutal at the best of times, though I suppose in the scheme of things, the SP has held fairly ok?

It would be a great SP to reach, but sadly rarely see a AIM broker note prediction fore filled, even half of that in 12 months would be a great bonus to have!

IMHO, generally I think many investors acknowledge that ATM can go to a certain level and then beyond that it requires a plan on certain financing, however hopefully by then the SP will be multiples of what it is now!

TBH, I don't think that hybrid approach is all that bad, it would bring in steady income (ceramics) and the other for EV, if the grades make it, would be more greater bonus income.

I think 2024, will be quite transformaintal for ATM, when I entered in here in 2022, it was always about building a stake for 2024/5.

I am happy with the progress so far, there is a lot of developments and news to come in the new year.

I haven't gone on to ADFVN yet, but mr de ramper there will probably be all over this saying about the ceramic grade of Lithium etc.

Though, TBH the way the EV market heading, it might be better to stick to Ceramics!
