The company is certainly moving in the correct direction, ok this is the longest blackout of news flow we have had, but I don’t necessary see this, as bad considering on what we could witness to come in 2024.

I first got on board in Jan 2022, with the intention of a 5 year plan, I like the fact that AV is against dilution, (so many AIM companies go that way), though as AV has vast skin in the game it’s also in his interests. Phase 2 will be one of the hurdles, but that will put ATM firmly on the map and talk of this billion market cap company, which AV wants, what region SP would that put ATM 40-50P, if no dilution, I suppose also depends upon Tin and Lithium values etc.

I for one excited for 2024/5, hopefully we shall hear some news about the strategic partnership soon, I am convinced it’s EU related, as everything takes forever with them.

Observer 101, first of all welcome to the BB, a real refreshing read. ATM is IMHO severely undervalued. The figures are hard to put a price on, but I don't disagree with your findings.

Phase 2 will require some funding, I think Peking Duck on here was saying the same, but most pi's posting, I would suspect have an average here of around 5-6p (I stand corrected), hopefully by the time new funding is actually required, many will be well in credit here!

This is the bizarre thing of AIM market, there seems to be rarely any standardization in valuations, PREM have diluted themselves to death (I used to be a holder), have a CEO who just appears to be out of touch, it makes a complete mockery of the market, that it's valued way more than ATM.

I look at other miners, as a general rule when you research ATM and compare the SP of 4p, it doesn’t make sense, I am not overall concerned of this fact, just somewhat baffled, though sentiment and news does play a huge part!

On the ALL BB Spodumene was remarked upon about the market going up for that, then a poster saying the cost of mining and distributing wouldn’t be in ALL interests, I assume, as its because they not producing, with no framework, but ATM are much further down the line, but yet 4 times cheaper!

I sometimes find it amusing how a pit is worth so much, in ALL case I gather they have rejected offers, which make me wonder just as a whole how much is ATM worth if a buy out in the future. OK not jam tomorrow here, but it could be in the future, when the greater picture comes into play.

AV generally likes the rapid RNS effect, so I would imagine, when the RNS's start re-flowing, that would indicate a build up to the completion and announcement of the strategic partnership.

A bit of price action towards the end of play on Friday, though a part of me wondering a buyer for the +5-10%, then start unloading again on Monday and Tuesday to bring it down to 3.90- 4p, for the re-buying?

A recommended post EB, with a bit of patience which the jam tomorrow bridge don't have, they will end up losing out, on what long term is one of the best plays on AIM currently.

My main frustrations are that I can't top up enough at these prices. Though taking advantage, as when I can!

TBH, I feel the deal will come when it comes, I prefer a wait and the right deal, then a rushed deal and the the deal we want.

This is my biggest holding I've ever had on AIM, but confident in the BOD and the resources ATM it has.

Quite incredulous we now brinking on the 12 month low, though as discussed it's all macro and sentiment driven, but mainly probable manipulated via the selling.

There is a deramper on ADFVN and ok some say they might of called it well. Though, am I concerned about this drop, not overly as the AIM market built mostly on sentiment, which we are sadly lacking here. It looks like a mix of pi’s panic selling and maybe someone offloading (shorting it) as a poster mentioned previously.

I am anxious yes, but only in the regard can I achieve my desired required number of holding, before sentiment / news does return (IMHO), to drive this much higher.

If there was a Director buy say on Monday, is there a time frame where news afterwards can't be released, like a closed period?

Exactly Legowig, this is why AIM market is so corrupt and difficult to make money in the market, by the book how this could be same zone it was 3 years ago? It’s quite staggering when you take into consideration the change where the company has come from.

The AIM market IMHO is made up of mainly sentiment and buyers rushing into a share, at the moment we have neither, but I expect these times to come.

I am buying on weakness, though there is a bit of envy that jolly come latelys, are getting a better deal than me in terms of average, though that's the way it goes, I hope to vastly benefit overall in the long run and to me that's what counts!

Sadly, with the lack of news, this is dropping, which shorters are taking fully advantage of IMHO.

I do think that in Q3, a share price of 10-14p, is very achievable. It hit 9p on sentiment alone last time, unfortunately I did do one of my tranche buys at the peak!

I have to place some faith in AV, yes the strategic partnership is taking a while, but aside from that there is much else incoming in time Lithium ridge, Tin ramped up production and fully funded for the time being.

Though, as said previously, I firmly believe that a new wave of investors will enter once the Strategic partner is announced, there will be some who top slice and some who believe that a certain figure is in mind, achievable and that will be their departure point.

I am in this for a big one, I think there could be some life changing sums for the appropriate investment.

Agreed if AV plays and get this correct then the SP of 10-14 in 2024 would be fair value.

I noticed on ADFVN there is a deramper, who again making an appearance saying about 4p and certain funding not secured. I don’t apply too much attention these posters, but some will, who think this is still not de-risked, though the people who actually read all the company information know it fairly well is.

I believe when the strategic partner is announced, we shall receive a new bunch of investors which in addition will create a new wave of investors, this might go into a slightly overbought territory, which often AIM companies with good news has and BB full of messages ‘get on the train you’ll miss it’ etc, though all part of the AIM culture, but one culture I hope will be and that is as rising SP over 2024/5!
