I was always told to accumulate a good company when the SP is depressed. Below £7 futr is a bargain IMO but like you said, it's hard not to question youserlf these days.

There is a reason why an american companies employing amecians lists in the AIM, just to raise the necessary funds to take it from A to B selling blue sky potentails to naive investors. This company is a serial disappointer but the level of silence and ignorance towards their shareholders is on a different level, you have to understand that.

If Polarean gets delisted, Bastiaan Driehuys can always re-register his patent under a differnt title and run few more fund raising sessions to gurantee his fortunes for a good few more years. Ofcourse he will need second hand car salesman type managers Von Jako to fool investors and consume it all until there is nothing left.

This is what I truly agree. The SP fell from 28p to around 2p level as far as I can remember before him participating in the fund raise at 1p rather than buying straight away to restore investor confidence. He is nothing like the previous CEO. Hu ha on linkdn and social media posts but underneath he is just a manager. Happy as long as he is getting his wages and bonuses!

Well said! This is exactly what's gonna happen sooner or later. There is a reason why these awful US based companies get listed in AIM after all. The carrot is too juicy for us anyway lol

It's easy to get carried away with a spike gaining over 100% in a day. I'm not an accountant, just reiterating the possiblity of a fund raise on the back of this rise, that's all. I'll strongly advise to re-read the 30th June's interim result to get a clearer picture where the company is heading. I applauded the management for being honest and stated as it was. I just hope this is not just another AIM pump and dump just to trap naive investors. I also want this company to succeed but can't ignore the fact it's this very close to go under administration if they fail to sign commercial contracts or raise fresh funds very soon, if possible and allowed to than leaving it last minute and pay the price. It's AIM after all, seen it before lot of times unfortunately.

IMO, company should raise the required funds on the back of this massive spike, if possible and allowed. They will run out of funds soon so a quick raise will give them enough room to buy more time to commercialise the products.

Sorry but the interim is no good news. Operating loss of £5.88M, cash runway until Q4 2025 under this economic environment is no joke. It's good to see the management didn't try to hide the risks and stated as they are. So if they fail to raise further funds, it's straight going to administration and then somebody will buy it for peanuts. ONLY stay invested if you won't get affected if you lose it all, otherwise just run while you can still get something back. It might jump if they get somesort of agreement to get rid their costs bases and can produce decent earning of some sort but how often does it really happen? Personally I'm disappointed.

I can't find any reason for this rise, could be a pump and dump situation, sounds fishy but it's nice to see some rise though! lol

Cash level is depleating really fast so any merger/proper deal to offload the cost base would be highly appreciated.

Some will take this as a selling opportunity so don't be surprised to see big sells after the market close. AiM is doing it's thing again, let's see what's happen next.

Yes, I stopped following the company after the last fund raise, it was an absolute disaster and re-learned the lesson that without any skin in the game, von jako was just like another manager ceo, nothing else. The extra cash they are generating might give them few months runway but won't be enough given their mamoth cash burn every month, also polarean's history suggest they will very likely raise funds again at the wrong time! Nukem, Philips, Bracco, they all had their chances and could have bought this company if they wanted to but given polarean's massive cash burn, perhaps they will allow it go under first and then buy it from the administrators for peanuts, it's just a guess.

This company is 11 months away before running out of cash, atleast that's what they publicly admitted so when you guys are expecting them to come back with their begging bown again? By the end of this year? 1p was last fund raise price, next one to be at 0.70p/0.60p? How many new shares they will need to float to raise £25M at .60p for example? What is their remaining allowance?

No, I stand by what I said, it was a selling opportunity and those still holding please re read the announcement and take appropriate actions ASAP. It was close to going under so this surprise rise has given an opportunity to cash out and put this money into better companies IMO. The company will leave the market soon so please stop misguiding people. It’s not going to 10p or as such.

The SP has bounced back successfully, it seems sellers are out completely which only means one thing. It’s gonna cross 1p pretty soon.

Wishful thinking but I personally doubt it will happen, specially at this stage. OBD has to sign lots of contracts, prove their business model first. Their tech is great, but they also have to make it viable to attract any offer so don't invest based on this hope alone. It doesn't mean the SP won't recover over time but takeover is not as simple as most of us think.
