News ahoy? A cheeky quick fund raise won't hurt. Few days ago could have been even better but better late than never and all that. With a minimal discounted raise will not only strenghen the balanced sheet but also the SP, thus the company's future IMO.

and the SP has already jumped over 100% to reflect that. But sustain this rise or any future rises, it needs to generate real profit. A substantial cash injection at this turning point will turbo charge the company and it's plans IMO, that's all. The SP might even rocket if that happens.

The grant funds would be utilised under the agreement with the university and it's research programs, PhD studentships etc, in short there are T&C barriers. I was referring to raising funds to expand the FAB's business even further (marketing for example) which with won't be tied up with the grant funding barriers.

Arguably the best time to raise few millions and secure future funding and expand the business significantly.

You expect companies like GTC should fly on the back of this news alone. EU and the rest of the world would have no choice but to look elsewhere for balancing the O&G needs as trump won’t let it go without a fight

Wanted to buy some but there is absolutely no liquidity here. Any near term catalyst for the company to wake up again? my calculation confirming the SP is really low if we are to believe the broker/company forecast.

And it could help the SP fly but given the company is now going through this funding crisis, only brave investors will get in now who can digest any form of super dilution. Those traders who bought this morning will probably bank their profits, rinse and repeat!!! Let's see what happens next

Am I reading the same RNS?

It said, “ Cash as at 30 September 2024 was £464k…” which is apparently inline with management’s expectation. However I read it before which was followed by a fund raise. It’s the same old AIM stories, profitability seems always close but it never materialises. GL to all those holding, just trade carefully.

And here I thought the recovery has started. SP falling in very low volume so it’s getting really interesting as the SP will absolutely fly with positive news, IF they can produce any. I wanted to buy but now decided to wait.

Interesting movement. It was on my watchlist for a long time but forgot about it completely, now they have money in the bank so no financial headache for the time being. What are the near term catalysts guys? Would you appreciate any input.

The company is in ICU so stay miles away from it. Bigger holders are just cashing out. You shouldn't stay as a listed company if your bread and butter to get ad revenue from few websites which are losing viewers. Take it private, see if you can run it properly and IF (and thats a big if) you can turn it around, come and get listed again. But in it's current form, it's just another jam tomorrow basket case company.

thanks for your kind observations harchris but seeing other pharma stocks performance todate, buy at 12p with the mindset that you can either gain 20-30% with deals/fantastic news or risk losing 50-60% even 70% with heavily discounted placing which is the only viable option for microcaps these days as nobody is ready to lend them any money, avct stx and most recently polx comes to my mind. i was a hardcore fan of polx, lost a fortune, sold out in tranches, warned others, got abusive replies, sp fell on the floor and bloody ceo bought shares first time at 1p! nobody came to buy the company even for £10m even though we were told the tech was brilliant and will revolutionise the industry, either phillips or nukem or bracco will buy it but nothing happened! it’s all bull****!

nothing is impossible in aim and bods previous experiences shouldn’t make any investment rosier for anybody as they use those credentials to justify their actions, raises etc only to crucify retail investors repeatedly so be careful, just my honest opinion.

It looks like some clever traders do know how to manipulate the SP, well done to them! If you can earn some bucks this way then so be it. However sentiments are certainly changing so fingers crossed

In the last one month alone. Advertising industry is certainly bouncing back. Let’s see if boom shows a bit of life again. Somebody inform roaring kitty to tweet about boom 😂
