Von Jako and his cronies just simply robbed their UK investors. Every single time they blamed the market, investors appetites or so on but never mentioned their own failure, not to forget their hefty pay packages and bonuses. He is just another manager CEO, happy as long as he is getting his wages at the shareholders expense! They hardly reply to the shareholders query even as a listed company, what will happen when they become a private company? This is now rotten to it's core. Absolteuly pathtic in my view! Sorry for my rants...

Went to linkedin and searched "Revolution beauty" and immediately it came up with so many posts. Few posted on their redundacy but nobody said anything bad about the company as a whole, may be they did look after their employees. Few heartbreaks, sad leaving the company etc.

Somebody named Naomi Nunn was their national accounts manage who have been made redundant posted 3 weeks ago and there is an job advert posted 2 weeks ago for a new national accounts manager.

I think the new CEO wants to restructure everything like they originally started, but you have to get rid of the bohoo dead woods first! lol

A proper restructing update will cetainly help existing shareholders to heal I suppose and allow prospective investors (myself included) to decide where to buy in or not.

Both Jako and his clueless CFO should be kicked out immediately. Downgraded market expectations twice, raised something like £35M+ from the market in March 2021 and June 2024 combined, don’t even remember how much they raised before that yet it’s always markets fault. This incompetent bunch failed to secure a new proper machine sale in last few years! Can somebody count existing machine replacement or adding features to existing machines are new sale?

How can they be trusted even in a private company form? Total waste of space they are, absolutely pathetic!

And then you have got these fanatic rampers constantly ramping claiming 200% rise 500% rise etc.

That begs the question, are they paid rampers?

Fantastic if it does but do you understand WHI is an financial investment service company while POLX is a loss making medtech company with high burn rate, not a like for like comparison, is it? Unfortuantely Polx rampers are not backing up their arguments with facts, it's just ramping like hot air baloon, such and such company risen so this will also go up too but based on what really?

As far as I can see, this is what the company said which is truly shocking:

Probably because they are now stuck and can't get out like small investors.

"Potential" is a powerful word for huge loss making AIM companies. JW used to talk a lot about the power of "Hope, Hype and Potential" buzzwords, this is what you are also referring to. There were countless discussion on Bracco taking over polx because the chairman sold his previous company to Bracco for something like £150M/£250M or so if I remember it right. Then Nukem buying Polx, then rumour started about Simens buying polx, then Philips came into the picture and we all were hopeing for Philps to buy polx but it never really materialsed.

All this time we were "hoping" for somebody to buy polx but in reality the shareholders kept losing money while the fat cats were pocketing their rewards with a big fat salay and big bonuses.

If they can get a big white rabbit out of their hat then all will be forgiven, SP will rise multi multi fold and shareholders will be handsomely rewarded for their extreme sufferings. That was always the hope but they failed to deliver big time. Infact always overpromised but under delivered every single time, repeatedly!

If you believe may be this time finally they WILL DELIVER despite the management openly talking about delisting, then please buy as much as you can while the sale last! Amati left ages ago, Maven leaving, ask yourself why!

This is called corporate greed that AIM investors are unfortunately quite familiar with. Too many dodgy AIM CEOs push companies into administration for their own interests so who knows? The three companies I mentioned are just the tip of the iceberg. I’m not saying it’s definitely but maybe it’s in Philips interest to buy the company from administration for peanuts rather than wasting millions of dollars on Polx in the open market!

I can see usual ramping started about takeovers, phillips/nukem/bracco buying polx etc etc etc.

I was a holder of both AMTE Power and TWD (Trackwise design plc) delisted not long ago but can find similar story developing here too.

Trackwise design was the other one. Philip Johnston was the CEO who bought the company from administration. Now it's a Ltd.

Bidstack was the super dodgy company where James Draper, the CEO bought it from Adminisration after showing his middle fingers to the shareholders.

In all three cases, shareholders lost everything except the management and people in the know! Polx unfortunately hasn't got much time left to raise fresh funds or find alternative given their $800k per month mammoth burn rate. This company is not for widow or orphans anymore. The risk is extremely high here like AMTE, TWD and BIDS so please invest/trade with that in mind.

I'm genuinely looking forward to it. Honestly speaking, I'm itching to buy some but lessons learned from the past telling me to wait. Even lots of loss making companies are worth way more than REVB so once the market knows where the company stands and provided it can show early sign of turnarounds, serious money will start flooding in.

Below placing price under the old competent regime is really tempting. lol

We know their cash burn rate is roughly 800k/month so from June to end of Oct, they have burnt $800k x 4 = $3.2 million which leaves them with $4.1 million in the bank which will last for futher $4.1M / $800K = 5.12 months which is Nov-March, not quite end of June 2026 like you suggested, unless they slash operating costs magically.

They new about these issues even during the last fund raise yet they ignored it and maintained their lavish operating expeditures.

If true, revb will bounce back like a coil spring. Also christmas approaching so expect their sales to pick up with the old competent regime is now running the show. I'm still waiting for updates but have a feeling they might surprise the market after all.

Bidstack was the other super dodgy company which hijacked everybody. AMTE also rings a bell and the list carries on. Polx is probably the next unfortunately.

Both are under AIM losers board on LSE. One successfully raised funds fell sharply, another one came with a shocking warnings and fell sharply too.

The precision diagnostics company raises GBP7 million through a placing and subscription of 2.33 billion new shares at GBP0.003 each, representing around 54% of the enlarged share capital. The funds will provide working capital as sales of its EpiSwitch-based PSE prostate cancer test continue to rise and the firm pursues new out-licensing and distribution deals. A general meeting will be held on November 7 to approve the share issue. Executive Chair Iain Ross says: "Whilst our PSE Test sales continue to grow month on month, our new partnership with Google Cloud is progressing and third party partnership discussions are ongoing, these funds will help us to execute our plans to create increasing value for our shareholders."

Von Jako just showed his true colour once again, a proper dodgy second hand car salesman. What were they thinking writing this RNS? Comments like this will only invite sellers, nothing else. They were super positive literally weeks ago during their investors show, now it’s all doom and gloom, sheer incompetence this is, nothing else.

It’s a wake-up call for all the UK investors, never trust a US company working in the US with the entire management while listed in the UK AIM market. Burning £800k per month and now thinking about stricter financial discipline! What they were doing all this time then? Playing Tik Tak Toe? Could have raised some funds a year ago at a much higher price when it was obvious they will need funds with their extremely high burn rates. CFO looks and talks like mental patient. I genuinely feel sorry for any genuine holders, you received lots of warnings based on true facts from some regular posters, should have listened to them.

Yes but it's for the existing shareholders only, not for the mgt. They don't care as long as they are getting their wages. How much Von Jako earned since he joined? He is nothing like RH, remember RH used to buy big in open market whenever SP took a hit, infact they all did, the old regime I'm on about. To me, Jako sounds like second hand car salesman, you know he sounds dodgy yet paying attention listening to him lol.

It's really amazing to see how shareholders value have been systematically destroyed by this company, it lost over 99% value in last 5 years!!
