If the AA money is for EUA and this is still competitive - do you a)raise $15bn to scare the bejeezus out the competition or b) raise the current low bar $15m knowing you have more money in hand to push out from there?

Anyone who has employed others or invests knows that people will occasionally have an issue and at those points you have to look at the pros and cons of the individual. For me pro's are still way up there. We have had our moment with ST cash shortage to opportunities cash needed. Done and a little ugly but done. I am sure PW will ensure this is not visible again via management process. I suspect this issue was not foreseen as the Texas $100m loan was supposed to allow plans.
I think most here agree with that view that overall we have a fine managmeent team - We are 15% higher than the dilution price - 15%! that shows real faith in company. As of Monday this episode is history. PW is not going to say it but will be a little embarrassed and keen to get his team past this cash error but he wont rule out further dilutions but needs to clarify where they will fit in our growth story - ie raise to take advantage of inorganic expansion opps.
Personally i will be relieved when we announce a big credit facility secured on the HODL and the Texas infrastructure (and any other assets) so as to allow flexibility without the panic to the management in future in a much less dramatic fashion.

Cash is king. Preaching to the choir here on this board but that is a level of FCF rarely matched by other investments in business. 89p FCF per share or to use a ratio that is a price to FCF of less than 4. Phenomenal!

I really enjoy the enthusiasm of Mikie’s posts. If you want a 3D post it takes a lot of print and I think as self select investors we know all the underlying negatives - always worth posting if new or novel however imho.
So most posts pick the topic most relevant and in Jlp it is the massive cashflow expansion being worked that as yet isn’t in the share price - pretty exciting and for potential investors skimming the board I want them to see Mikie’s posts of what is to come rather then the LSE standard misery laden “patience is a virtue you amateur” and showing excitement means you should sell up your £3 stake don your shorts and cap and get to school. All meant to say, I am a better investor than you......

Fwiw this is my view of this week. This business has grown so quick and Pw is trying to leverage us to keep ahead of the pack in mining through “smart growth” strategy, trying to maintain Hodl and also get into web3.0 wider blockchain innovation.
I suspect there was a meeting where the finance dude explained the Texas loans are not going to arrive now ( or worst case ever) and they needed to choose to slow project, or sell hodl or reduce position size in Pluto by missing chance to invest. I suspect he has been warning Peter of cash burn as Argo and Peter pushes on all fronts so hard. Pw refused to compromise on strategies and is willing to take the short term dent on popularity to protect all 3 long term wealth generating fronts. For me that’s the correct call. I am staying as a result.
I suspect cashflow forecasts and loan facility access are going to be given a little more time in Pw diary than to date but the coextensive to hear of a credit facility option on btc and land now we have it to reduce the prospect of this happening again - or a new finance dude will be added to the team to either replace or support current team. In short the FD has a massive role to play in keeping this stuff on the rails.

So many peeps saying Pw will ruin this - what a load of old cobblers in my view. If I thought that I would sell.
Still a pretty simple buy or sell decision for me;
Do I think btc will go up here - yes.
Do I think alt-coin enabled decentralised block chain is going to drive levels of innovation last seen in rise of the internet - yes
Do I think Peter and co can keep us in the surfs up position on the wave ( not ahead of it or missing it)? Yes
If the answer to any of these 3 is no then look for a new investment as there are better options. Eg if you are pure btc only or you don’t trust Argo.
But whatever you do - please just do it and stop bleeding moaning and blubbering on this board! Think a lot of the noise is traders trying to get back in after shorting for the teeny weeny dilution. As ever I wish all traders and investors the best of luck, but if your plan fails can you regroup quietly?

Agree it’s not a cool stock in today’s world (however as an ex-cost accountant this sort of industrial scale delights me). But the sheer scale of cash generation on margins and the overall quantity of cash generated here currently is a rarity in either new tech or old.
Hopefully the Liberum acknowledgement signals the start of our move back into II consideration from the current spot out in the cold.

And he kept comms lines open. I would imagine all advice to him was consolidate, go a little slower, we cant do it all - and by exploring all parameters he found a third way to stay on his goal plan - thats a true leader in action. We will bend our view to his, not the other way round.

IMHO, Peter just showed he is the real deal. He is not willing to compromise and sell HODL, even in the short term and he is not allowing pace to slow on Texas or any other front - he is absolutely focussed on the long term goals and is willing to swap some short term unpopularity with SH (and I suspect his colleagues - to drive this company where he wants without the core components being compromised - to be successful you have to have that ruthless edge and to me he has just proven that strategic objective comes before any kind of popularity - top top CEO!

100% agree your with your post and the reality here v last time BTC was $54k - why?
i) Last time were still in the amazing bull run on the share and the momentum of the re-rate and OTC listings was in play leading to a higher impact of all news.
ii) There were a lot of traders baking this and short-term traders. Since last time we have made a lot of moves and begun to roll out investments to pursue a stated wider crypto goal. This meets general approval from investors, but obfuscates the desire for short term profit from traders- hence we are consolidating many traders out here as they go to pastures new - the reduction in traders thins out the buying pressure.
As ever, I believe the US will come to our aid and we will rise this afternoon - and on NASDAQ we will have another drive up.

This company moves so fast - it’s so good to see. I really believe Peter is building a team of knowledge brokers and so far has leveraged as follows;
Mining expertise - Luxor
Security and influence then in machinesdesign. - epic
Wider defi and other blockchain - Pluto
Mining scale - Texas
So far so good, but for me the next leverage is to use the Argo brand and do something to allow wider crypto trade on a retail basis- deal with Gemini to be an exchange? Maybe a mode type hodl use? The Argo brand and the way Peter approaches comms makes me think the next big move will be in a retail proposition on crypto.
Can’t wait to find out if that may happen - only
Need to wait a couple of weeks at this pace!

Knowing our luck? I am only a two year holder here and will take this level of luck all day! I bet you would too! - 2p to a frustrating 15p....

I am always buoyed when iceman posts. I am not ready to sell this share yet but I also am trying to find some money for other opportunities in next two weeks so short term it’s a difficult hold for me but so far so good.
OB and RB hats off to you both - for me, with your understated optimism, considered comments laden with doses of humour and humanity, you are ambassadors not just for Valirx but PI’s as a whole.

I am feeling a little impatient on this share today. We are looking at being a top copper producer in 18 months via secured agreements, a proven strategy, evidenced by past execution, using cashflow we already have, by a team that have been there and done it before.....
...on top of that aforementioned cash inflow.
Hoping this is like tectonic plates and once an rns is released we get a bigger earthquake to reflect the underlying movement that has occurred - 20p+
That would be a good start!
