We're currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join us and create opportunities for our solutions portfolio within the Pharma and Biotech space.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating sales of our product portfolio with particular focus on the development of customised assay solutions for CDx and MDx. This will include high throughput screening solutions and the development of strategic partnerships within this area.
Identifying key stakeholders in targeted organisations, you will utilise them to identify new product development areas that will help us to fulfil our ambitious growth targets.
This home–based role will see you spending some time at our Southampton and Camberley offices and undertaking international travel (when restrictions allow) to develop and deliver on sales targets.
You'll be selling our B2B portfolio of products, undertaking assay development, offering consultancy and creating opportunities for our manufacturing services, OEM and private label portfolio.
Your Role Will Also Involve
– Working with Pharma and Biotech companies and kit manufacturers on kit, product or component sales opportunities
– Developing your pipeline of newly launched products
– Supporting wider group sales teams
– Working with our BDD on long–term and R&D critical opportunities
