Reference the Purchase or Reward/Incentive debate, I'd imagine that the news service use 'acquired' when it is not clear as to the nature of the transaction. I'm certainly leaning towards this being a purchase by Guillermo, the fact that it was two transactions at 5,000 shares, surly any reward/incentive would have been one transaction based upon a specific value. Also, normally the RNS would state incentive or reward scheme if that was the case, plus the guy has only been there 6 months.

Appreciate that some have suggested that Guillermo has acquired the shares as part of an incentive/reward scheme, however he's only been with the company six months, seems a little early to be handing out £33k worth of shares.

This is excellent news, being a member of the executive management team, I'd expect that Guillermo has a good understanding of the DHSC dispute, yet he has invested his own money, was not put off. Also, he has been with the company since January, surly his efforts to date shall shortly be paying dividends.

Testing shall continue, speak to any expert within this field, or anyone with half a brain cell. Vaccine alone shall not bring an end to this pandemic.

Have to wonder whether we are about to launch a new range of instruments.

Also, should our new test have been available since Dec 2020, lets face it, would have been tested upon far more than the 300 sample as quoted with the RNS. Perhaps there is no connection and purely a coincidence?

Good point, which I had not appreciated, although don't believe that we'd simply slap our brand upon another Company's test, where's the significant revenue in that? Is the Eurofins test already approved by UK Gov?

I'd agree, in that it looks as if NovaTec Immundiagnostica GmbH could well be our partner. The RNS from 23 April 2021 suggests that NCYT have been involved with the development of the test, not simply the case that we are putting our brand upon another company's test.

The RNS from the 29 June 2021 states developed with a partner through an OEM agreement. Therefore Novacyt is an OEM partner with NovaTec Immundiagnostica GmbH?

Eurofins appear to be selling the test developed by Novacyt and NovaTec Immundiagnostica GmbH, possibly other companies too, therefore have to wonder whether we are receiving a cut for every test sold. Should this be the case, potentially significant revenue.
