I'd imagine that a resolution has been agreed in principal, however I'd only expect an announcement once formally signed off and payments from the DHSC resume. I would not expect an RNS based upon a handshake.

I'd agree with recent comments from Poidster, in that it is more than likely that resolution has already been reached.

Not necessarily an RNS re. the dispute on Monday. The ADR process is highly confidential, agreement/resolution may well have been reached weeks ago, however it may be many weeks before the process allows NCYT to formally announce that resolution has been reached. There shall be a formal legal process to follow.

Also, due to the confidentiality surrounding the process, chances are that the share holders shall never be informed as to the exact details surrounding the dispute.

Although they do sell tests from other manufacturers, Primerdesign products appear to be the prominent products!

JRDC, Five weeks ago NCYT published their annual report, which was absolutely pack with detail. The 2020 results RNS the week before that contained a trading update.

Checking Linkedin this evening, the group headcount has increased to 144. Has fluctuated this past week, 142 down to 140 and now at 144.

Waiting to see how many rabbits GM shall pull out of the hat before his departure, can't imagine that he's about to leave under a cloud....what with the unfinished business with the DHSC, continued R&D, new product from IT IS?

The contact within the article is Dr Rob Powell PhD, Director of Research and Development, having checked Linkedin I can see that Rob left Primerdesign after 13 years in Sept 2018 and is now Scientific Director at YouSeq.

Have to wonder how many PCR tests and reagents manufactured by Primerdesign are now being distributed under a different brand, may yet have a larger share of the market than first thought. Also, I guess similar, or reverse arrangement, for our LFT? Would explain why the company has been so vague with the antigen LFT launch.

I think the biggest issue it the dispute, unfortunately a big black cloud hanging over the business, don't buy the longevity argument, when you consider the likes of Sourcebio International are rated at a much higher multiple and with far less cash at the bank, their longevity is not being scrutinised. Resolve the dispute and NCYT shall rerate immediately, the new CEO hopefully the icing on the cake.

I'd expect further positive news/announcements in the coming days. I'd imagine that David Allmond already has more than a foot in the door.

The appointment of David Franks back in April as Chief Human Resources Officer was likely to be when the process for replacing GM began.
