Over the weekend I speculated that Co-prep had possibly been cancelled as part of David Allmond's review, having been in contact with the company, Novacyt have confirmed that this is not the case and that 'Co-prep is still to be launched.'

Software Developer Full Stack
A Full Stack Developer is someone who works with the Back End — or server side — of the application as well as the Front End, or client side. ... Designing user interactions on the web application itself. Creating servers and databases for the back end of the software. Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization.
DRB83, Novacyt clearly state 'primarily relates to Q4 2020 revenue totalling £129.1m in respect of a specific product supplied to the NHS' and therefore the £49m from Q1 although now included, because the DHSC want their money back, does not form a part of the disputed product from Q4 2020. In other words they have simply decided to withhold the £49m payment as security.
Perhaps we should offer the refund for £56m (which is absolute worse case scenario) whilst negotiating a new 5 year contract at £150m a year as the UK "First Responder" providing surveillance and tests to the UKHSA. That would give us a boost.
'Bringing the right solutions, to the right customers at the right time'
I'd imagine that David shall be thinking BIG in terms of the 'right customers' and although we shall continue to supply our smaller customers, they shall not be wasting time and money offering bespoke services to them all.
2021 did see a shift towards smaller contracts within the Private sector, more than likely due to the uncertainty surrounding the DHSC dispute and undoubtedly the correct course of action, however I'd imagine that David and the team are already targeting Government, Department for Health, NGOs and Philanthropic organisations as he alluded to during his interview.
The new vacancies for Account Managers refer to the Health Service/NHS.
I wonder whether we had some issues upon the supply side during 2021, clearly Bryan Close an expert within his field has been brought on board to resolve the logistical issues and scale up manufacturing.

Lot of interest in Novacyt from around the globe, i'd guess that this guy is a former colleague of DA.
Don't forget that the DHSC are withholding a £40m payment from Q1 2021, which now forms a part of the dispute. Novacyt have already made a provision of £20m within the full year 2020 accounts and they have written off the cost of stock and the inventory within H1 2021.
I see the worst case scenario as both sides agreeing to settle the dispute with Novacyt receiving non of the outstanding payment and no refund due to the DHSC.
There's a risk (not probable) that the company would have to refund money to the DHSC, however I'd take comfort in the fact that the two CEO and the two Legal Council have maintained the same stance/opinion.

Also, worth pointing out that Satish is not particularly active upon Linkedin when it comes to posting and liking posts (<10 likes in a year), yet he likes the Novacyt post for day 3 of the trade show in Dubai.
