The trouble is when people look at what's happening around the world the inexperience says sell. Older hands have seen it all before and buy on the back of the market weakness. Copper is meant to be in deficite next year. The world still using the stuff in the same amounts,and the EV revolution is slowly happening and will gather pace. If you remember I think it was Ship who got us to send our share numbers so we would vote for the company in case of a hostile bid I said to Nick (best buddies now!!) That we wanted to celebrate the share when it got to £1 and would he be willing to come over to help us celebrate. Whilst he did not say he would come he did say .. As we were part of an investor group that they would send someone, perhaps Anna to answer any questions we had. He looked really well considering when I first met him at the other show he looked tired. Probably because he was helping the drill with the donkey. This time when I said thanks that he was going to make me millionaire he grinned and gave me the thumbs up. I think (My own view) he Will sell the lot for the right price but whoever buys it it will not be cheap which makes all the share shenanigans irrelevant (I hope). Met NM by chance as I did not have an appointment. Asked if he was thinking of selling piece by piece and he said that what they have in the pipeline would last generations and in effect make them bigger than BHP Or RIO which he said they would not allow therefore he thought solg would get bought out Nd if we were they were going to pay big time. Seems he may be expecting offers and I would say he has a price in his head. He also said that the Blanco nieces deposit had a couple of billions worth in gold. Hi Westie. My other position is Solg also a copper play plus,a little gold on the side. Everything I read is mostly about a copper deficit. My own view is that the China US spat givers shortest an excuse and believe there is s very good future for copper in the next few years. Been with Silt since 2013 and ARCM a couple of months ago do patience yes. The world is still using loads of the stuff and cobalt will be in short supply too with all these EV being produced. Actually i think given the sell off this week in the general markets we have held up really well. A month or so ago the ftse was 7900 and today it hit 6885 ish. Thats a drop of about 13% and we are pretty static with a reason for a drop, ie the options. Not sure where we will be next week but i feel we have all been here before. If there is that amount of gold in them thar hills then the current price is ridiculous still. Not long till Xmas when i hope we all get a rather nice present.

Someone i am sure from this board put up a link to an article showing share price growth from being a minor explorer to being taken out by a major. I mentioned it to a friend who also has shares but he missed it.
May i ask for it to be placed again. I know one share went from 50c to 40 odd dollars.

I remember the days when some said they would sell around 40p. Goodness how things have changed. Figures of £1 plus to £2.45 and beyond being mentioned. It is difficult to imagine the difference it's going to make. I mean it's one thing hoping but when reality appears well WOW. It really is a lottery ticket. Ned

With the route going on elsewhere then perhaps some of that dosh is ending up here. We are certainly bucking the trend. Free down 122 so far and the US futures are dire again. Interesting day.
