Hi. According to this site SOLG is listed on the FTSE AIM all share index. Its on the home page. So as far as i am aware its still an AIM share but still worth checking. I also put in RDSB and the lse site listed all the indexes that the RDSB share is listed on. Cheers NED

I am preparing probate for my father who may make 100 this year with an accountant who specialises in estate management. I have bought him quite a few solg shares and found to my surprise because presently solg is an AIM stock that it does NOT count towards his estate and therefore NOT due for IH. If you are in the sad situation where a loved one has died this is worth checking out especially if your estate value goes over the IH threshold because of the value of Solg shares. Please check this yourselves. Ned

Hi. Nick has bought roughly 3.5 mill shares since October at an average 3p so at a cost of just over 105k . I cannot believe ANY MD or director would spend that kind of money particularly 3 lots in the new year unless there were things of interest that's alot in any one's language and certainly gives me confidence in the company. News may be late and as I have said before sometimes (most yimes) things take longer to happen but yo me it's a very good sign. Just a thought. Ned

I thought solg as a senior partner SOLG have the right of veto over whoever's decides to buy the CGP shares and this was in the original agreement before all the drilling started. It has only become a problem now that everyone knows the size of Cascabel. I also still think the ways of reaolvingvthis is to announce date of the DFS by which time CGP must come up with their contribution of costs towards drilling. Just a thought Ned

China correct. But it has not happened overnight. Many of us have been here since 2013 or earlier. It has not happened by chance. Good chunk of earth. Good BOD and a particularly clever MD. It has taken time but I guess us LTH now feel we are on the home run. There is still time to buy here as this WILL multi bag but with what's happening in the back ground noone is quite sure when. I would like to see an announcement regarding the production of the DFS which would really rattle cgp shareholders unless they agree to the takeover. But me thinks that Irwins ego is to big to accept that . I also think that New are interested in cgp as they basically have insider information although they have no voting rights. Happy to hold here. I am confident NM knows what he is doing as after all he is a major share holder. Cheers Ned

As I have previously said I take this as a good sign and he must know stuff that we do not. I am very happy he is putting more money in after the last buy. With the warrants and options that makes almost 31mill shares or 6% of the company. These things take time but this is great in the longer term. I will keep adding as and when. I do k ow these things always,seem to take longer than anticipated. They are hung if they give date and hung if they do not. To reiterate. He bought more and he seems to have a good grip on things so I am happy to go with him. If the rainy season is over in 2 weeks perhaps the 6 legged donkeys can get to work. Ned.

I am stillcomforted by the fact he bought more the other day. Perhaps he did it knowing what is to come. What I find difficult to believe is that a good MD does not k ow what is happening within his fife. Why buy them now and not leave it for a few more days or weeks, and after all it was no small amount. A good sign I hope. I did a small top up today.Ned

Hi. To me the price of 2 or 3p and in between is irrelevant because when you have 500,000 the difference is only small thousands though as they say, every little helps. To me it's the end price that makes the difference ie 30, 50p plus. What is more important is how much dosh I have to be able to it at these kind of levels. Just a thought. Ned

I personally think Nick will have most if not based covered. Given what has happened between wi and solg that there is no love lost. If the DFS was announced whey sooner than CGP think then solg would acquire the business and a load of cash. Nick has been bitten once before and as this is the it prize I would think he would not want to let this go easily.
