MARULA AFRICA MINING HOLDINGS LTD, run by JB doesn't have a First Gazette notice against it.

Marula Capitol Ltd has, but JB appears to have no connection to that refering to Companies House listings.

I never thought for a moment that getting the accounts done was the problem, I always assumed this was a tactical play to freeze the share price and give some breathing room to move pieces into play in the background. JB has form for having his businesses in suspension, take MARU for example, also in suspension, which does nothing for his credability. Hopefully stuff is progressing well in the background, but when JB is quiet, shareholders are going to worry, that's a fact.

Let's hope that Beyondthesea is right and this comes out of suspension with a bang and not a whimper as investor rush to get their funds out.

Doesn't Tufan have some of his 'golden hello' payments vested till 2027 and 2028, with malus/clawback agreements.

If he want the money he'll have to stay until at least then I believe, and I think he has to give 12 months notice as well.

Just for some context to Muck’s excellent posts, if Gfin managed to get 25 campaigns at £100k each, that would equate to just 0.00169% of David’s quoted contextual advertising market value for 2024.

The potential here is absolutely massive if Gfin, yentra.ai etc can break into this market, even in a small to modest way.

Fingers crossed we will get an update soon confirming some of these suppositions.

So, just bouncing numbers about, if Gfin could secure just 0.5% of the contextual advertising market value of 2024, as quoted by DH, then that would be around £740 million split between Gfin and Yentra and with a cagr of 14%!

Livingafloat, I can only think of hydrogen powered gas turbine engines. They did run one on hydrogen a couple of years ago but it's all gone a bit quiet since then. Their web site mentions a raft of things including making hydrogen from SMRs.
