So I checked this, and I believe you're referring to the answer given for question 16 in the presentation. They said if the company doesn't reveal who it's supplying to and Nanoco have to check a device to see if it's using their IP, then under those circumstances they can inform the market. However if say Apple are using the tech, and Nanoco are informed they are using it, do they then have to tell the market?
