But the company until now are responsible for a lot of things that have contributed to shareholders sitting on heavy paper losses etc with still no info about the funding , re listing and an abandoned website, so there's still plenty of work to be addressed to build shareholders confidence rather than having to wait until Feb 14th to hear the outcome of the case like thats the only news due. The directors need to show there's still an active business .

They haven't updated their own website since last year not even with their new registered office address, their shares are currently suspended but they are trying to show confidence to investors to fight the winding up petition like they still have a business. I can see this all being disclosed to the court to show that clearly shows a complete lack of responsibility by these directors .

They have lied with empty promises, produced nothing and squandered investors money away whilst spinning a lie about the £1m funding thats now overdue and most likely will never will be available. Overdue accounts etc but now they trying to fight the winding up petition in court like they still have a business . Something smell worse than ever about all of this like its all part of a con job and an easy way out to run with investors money. If they get it stopped then what's on offer to investors more kicking the can down the road. ?

If it's a tax write off based on the current price then that may make sense but with that I would expect him to still stay in his role with the company. As we await some positive news to lift us from the trench then it's vital for shareholders that the company maintain a level of stability and this share transfer is not associated with anything negative

Absolute joke of a stock but you could also question other cannabis stocks as there's also been a wall of silence from them too and a massive drop in value. Lets hope Rachael Reeves sees some hope in this sector with her invest in Britain position and especially as AIM seems to be waiting to see what her budget has to offer.

If Hill Dick are owed money, this has not just happened over the short term and they were probably aware of the failures and delays that were spun out to shareholders and lost patience. IMO it looks like they tried to get away with the RNS - Temporary suspension/ Delay of accounts. but were forced to release the second RNS about the winding up petition as the threat the truth would come out through the public domain..

Its only £85k surely they have assets to cover this but it all looks very suspicious

Interesting also in the public domain I saw this and the owner selling it looks interesting especially their other cannabis business.
