IMO I think he has been instructed by his legal team to minimise communication with investors whilst the case is still active. Any evidence produced to the courts will probably have to be certified as he won't able to string the courts along like he's done to investors . All we can do is keep looking out for any more info or an unexpected RNS that could go either way.

I agree that If the value of 1 TALLY has risen then I would expect the value of gold to be the reason why. When Cameron goes to investor shows to publicise the Tally money story he will have to show future growth and IMO not the false decline in the offer price of 3p to 1p .Lets see what happens

I did read that there was a insolvency court rescission hearing due on March 26th but not aware of the outcome. To try and overturn the judgement they would have to produce strong evidence .

So there are other links to the GP service websites and they look different from the link on the outdated Kanabo site . Also as stated on Companies House , the founder has resigned . IMO I feel that we have been deliberately kept in the dark for more than the last month and whatever their plans are ,may not be to our advantage. So GOLD price if flying but the offer for shares is 1p, so how were they valued and sold at 3p when the Gold price was lower, i know Cameron stated about the price may fluctuate but with all the recent turmoi it looks like they are looking for desperate sellers . Mine ain't going nowhere for now

Their report showed that the strategic partnerships seems to be where the revenue growth is ,so maybe a merger is a greater possibility as to more dilution but to maintain reducing costs a disposal of assets may also be on the cards too. The thing is which one ?

So as predicted the share price has tanked again ( like it has for over the last year ) and the late update on Friday for some reason was needed despite market turmoil happening . I wonder why and what assets they may consider disposing of ? As the board have not updated their website including the appointment of another CFO named in the latest update ,then it's not clear who the current board is. ( Avihu and the board if you read this please take note) and lets see what surprises they announce in their plan for survival after so much silence.

Not good news at all, as we expected so much from the company and I just hope they are not trying to rip off long term investors and are working in their interest through these difficult times.

We have waited through the silence for an update on the CE mark , witnessed the departure of 2 board members, and the price continuing to tank. If a merger etc is needed or to source financial backing, then surely this has been in the making for more than the last month ? All this talk about AI so does that mean their presentation webinar still goes ahead now ? Alls not lost yet but if they don't get a grip it soon will be

I think the British Cannabis partnership seems to be working well especially with the Treat It clinic and they do have other products available . I've read that they are in the process of transitioning to a new pharmacy partner and maybe we could have some updates soon.

Some of us called the potential resignation from when it was announced he transferred his shares last October so it's not a big surprise . It was more like how and when so now let's see where they go from here

EU notified bodies

Certificates issued by EU-recognised notified bodies that are valid for the EU market will continue to be recognised as valid for the Great Britain market.

The UK is not on the NANDOS list of EU recognised notified bodies so cannot issue CE Mark certification but to minimise disruption post Brexit the UK will continue to accept CE marked products for sale onto the uk market until 2030 and overseen by MHRA

I thought the CE mark certification was carried out by the European commission and not the MHRA
