The resignation of their last auditors MHA was due to a reorganisation, and that was supported by a letter to address possible creditors concerns .

I'm just trying to cling on to some hope but not sure what that will translate into as I feel like we've been scammed .Maybe if Trump finally reschedules cannabis it will make the path clearer

The subsidiary GP service has Avihu and recently appointed Sharon as registered directors at companies house .They are registered seperate from their director role status at Kanabo Group even though the out of date website displays the GP service as part of the group.

From April the GP Service has complied with the regulatory requirements at companies house with the accounts /confirmation statement to keep it running as a going concern with Sulcranie creating Novamedica platform trading as The GP service whilst not carrying any medical liabilities possibly because the Doctors are self employed.

With the Kanabo Group IMO it looks like it has been purposely left to run into administration followed by a gaslighting Administration RNS about working alongside the administrators to look for ways to rescue the group, when in reality,in administration they have to hand over full control of the business, but does that still include the GP Service that lookss like to have been running as a solvent independent company .

So the Group administration has now been registered at companies house together with late account / confirmation statement pending whilst the GP Serviceis up to date and running.

So since the temporary suspension and maybe a long time before it ,was their strategic planning aimed at protecting the group or the gp service and their own pockets whilst screwing shareholders .

If the Group survives in some capacity and relists then we will need more than a miracle but it looks like the GP Service has already been taken care of ,

Yes I agree GC has most of the power but first get near to the $8 forcast, then they can do what they like, I'm out ffs and whoever wants to join me !! :-)) I believe in the company but as we are heading towards phase 3, I would expect the current valuation to reflect that before considering another spin off .

Now they have appointed administrators they are going to see withheld information to determine if there's a business or nor.

They have possibly got threats from creditors wanting returns and I can see the GPService could be part of the asset strip but will that be a surprise . Maybe Mr Novamedica will own it again

Yes its shameful news by the board who have shown how they have scammed shareholders with false promises and questionable resignations .

They had a confirmation statement due but obviously this changes everything about what's been happening in the silence.

But now if all else fails screw the shareholders who have had only an outdated website to view since the suspension and now facing losing all of their investment,

If it survives it will be heavily diluted to gain financial support and confidence from it's creditors who may have been close to taking legal action .

Imo - any clauses and the $16m only form part of what has been agreed and they've used the term CONSIDERATION as a way of getting around full disclosure

Oh yes , here we are again , we have more buying opportunities as they continue the downward retreat to 0.5 all the way from 16p .Preplanned survival deals whilst pumpers hyping the stock !! Your more likely to see the price hold for a day and then it will fall, so don't rely on the supporting update it's part of the trap as they are cash strapped ..

We have had many cheap buying opportunities from the highs of 16p and look where we are now !! Still watching the continued decline in value and no confidence of a turnaround.

I would expect the 2024 Group accounts including the subsidiary 2024 GP Service accounts will have to be submitted first before we finally hear any updates about relisting .

They have a confirmation statement due around the 16th Nov that will be an indication that the lights are still on as their own website is irrelevant and has lots of previously displayed information missing.

IMO this suspension was preplanned including the resignation of Sulcranie and Novamedica acquired the GPSERVICE issue.

Obviously there's a lot to be suspicious about until we hear what they finally have to say !!
