I just hope an investor ( not a vulture ) can see the long term potential here as the sector is beginning to open up. But I can't see them wanting the

I wonder if all the silence could indicate that something is brewing in the background. Theres been no reports to indicate that any assets have been purchased .Surely this still had legs before Davinder and co let some lightweight get his way over only £30k. It' maybe wishful thinking ,but something doesn't seem right about this liquidation and we may still have a chance of survival,

It looks like it's Sulcranie is still involved in running the show despite his previous resignation The Kanabo shop shows theres a possible update due but the Genefuel Ltd by no surprise is another company with Sulcranie as director.

The GP service still has Novamedica involvement and they are now pushing more ads on Facebook etc and I bet Sulcranie is behind that too.

IMO this administration was a pre planned with Sulcranie being heavily involved and with the departure of so many directors could be part of a plan of an AI led recovery . Let's see !!

So it looks like the new owner may have acquired the Treat It clinic online platform in the disposal or if not then this is part of the survival plan, but with an agreement that someone competent should be running the combined platforms. Obviously if this person were in place before we may have been in a different place now but the salary on offer looks to reflect on expected revenues.

The administrators, I would expect will release an update report that may shed a better light on what's really happening but whatever plans, if any still need to be beneficial for us shareholders too .

Looking through the fillings of Kanabo GP Limited it may have been set up as a creditor with the Maven Income & Growth having significant control from 21/2/22 previously held by the Kanabo Group . Maven Growth were significant holders of the GP Service before the Kanabo Group acquisition.

It looks like as a result of the recent sale of the GP Service, the undisclosed fee will be heading back to Kanabo GP Ltd.

If this is true then it does not look good for Kanabo Group shareholders whilst Avihu and Sharon are directors of Kanabo GP Limited.

Emails to HL and II may inform of the administration but looking back on all the delayed disclosures before the GP Service acquisition by the Kanabo Group , there were proections in place for Maven Income & Growth and nothing for Kanabo Group shareholders,and all we have is Avihu gaslighting about efforts in this administration to save the company but don't hold your breath.

I share the same belief and the official sale of the GP Service looks as though it was a planned pre pack administration disposal with a buyer already on standby.

Their out of date website still has direct links to the GPService/Treat it clinic despite the rapid sale being officially RNS announced.

Ive also noticed that Kanabo GP Limited ,(I believe is another subsidiary of the Kanabo Group) interestingly, has had some recent activity at Companies House but where that leads to is still a mystery but still worth watching .Let's see what happens and if they are really looking for a way to return and relist !!

Just watched him on OKYO nasdaq opening he seems a lot more happier than we are. Hopefully his continued buying will lead to a reverse trend

Strange as Gabriel has purchased shares in OKYO announced today . Market conditions could refer to the AI bubble worries, and any funding raise now ,could below the real market value .

So will a possible merger be the next move if it can be saved ?

News coming from the US today as Trump may have made a move towards reschedduling and pre market excitment with Tilray etc is gaining traction. We can only hope :-)

So its now official that the disposal sale has now been completed and ACQUIRED by another company but according to the website it was previously ACQUIRED by Novamedica, so does Sulcranie get his share of the undisclosed fee paid ?

It was powered by the GP Service and is still functioning?

The partnership with British Cannabis is also powered by the GP Service

So if the administrators are now looking at strategic ways to save the business, will this recent disposal transaction end the support between GP Service and Treat It clinic/British Cannabis partnership?

IMO the rapid disposal still looks suspicious due to the previous actions with Novimedica etc and what if any assets are still viable as a going concern and if so, what delayed accounts are now submitted to companies house after this disposal.
