So the bottom keeps getting lower but no urgency from the board despite their last statement. Maybe how it was wrote they expected this and have better news to come ? Or do we have another HELD in the making ?

The only hope is that they have challenged the judgement and have taken the site down with legal advice until they reach an outcome but as of now it looks like we have been scammed.

The more success they achieve and closer to phase 3 trials the value will go up as its derisked and a more attractive takeover buy for big pharma .Could be worth multiples if Foralumab success continues.

Not good at all and its hard to imagine them not having assists to cover the debt or these other credit facilities coming forward.

If they applied to have the judgement overturned , they may have taken legal advice to temporally take it down until they have an outcome but im not holding my breath as its been a total mess for shareholders who may lose everything

Receivers already appointed for winding up as stated on companies house website so where's the promise to get the winding up petition overturned gone ?

Whatever happens from here, one thing for sure is the directors have had sufficient time since last Nov to collect meanful evidence to dismiss this claim and taking into account the 1st hearing being adjourned on the 18th Dec and here we are in Feb .

Yes I would expect that would be the case if he was proven to be a punte but we have not seen his evidence that challenges that and we have to rely on the directors account that didn't hold up against the outcome

It's very hard to feel confident in what the directors have said judging by their past promises and where we find ourselves today

So what are the possible options for the directors to get the decision overturned?

1 Produce more evidence that this person was a punter

2. Reimburse him if they can't do that and show the court the claim has been settled

3 Proof that the refinancing deal is real and payable within the coming days to settle the claim and to show that the business is still active

The directors say they are confident In getting the decision overturned and also mentioned ongoing discussions about refinancing so maybe the 3rd option looks like the more realistic outcome but I expect with more watering down

Either way its a total mess and IMO will have to be sorted in days not weeks

Despite them disputing his claims how can they show that the company is in good health , but they feel confident they can get the judgement over turned.

The hearing is scheduled for 10.30am so maybe we will get an update not long after. They are claiming he's a punter and even if its proven he is , I still hope they have to prove the business is still a going concern to prevent others from making a similar claim.
