Looks to me from the RNS that Flinterman bought just under 20k euro of Tui.....the clue was in the word 'acquisition'.

Zetsche (see posting below) acquired just under 1m euros worth as did Jousson.

Mind you, Joussen's compensation is 5m euro per year.

I see that Jousson stuck his hand in his pocket today. I'm personally more encouraged though when the CFO buys. Come on Birgit, flash the cash.

that there are people out there who don't know how to check when the XD and pay dates are for a share - especially one where there is just 1 payment per year ! Not knowing is one thing but not knowing how to check?

The pay day for Tui is 26th Feb 2019.

After 26% German withholding and solidarity tax, the divi will be approx 46p per share. Yes, theres no 0.5% UK tax .

They will need to prove that investors in 2010 lost money from events that came to light 7 years later. The share price in 2010 was 10 quid rising to 17 quid.

Anyway, wind back to earlier posts in this board fro 2017 and you'll see all the same old comments ...LLPs are threatening to sue ( and 2 years later haven't done so), PFC will be fined 1 BILLION ( £ OR $..your choice!), PFC will never get any more contracts...PFC sha gged my hamster ( ok, I made that up).

Other than a stronger business than 2 years ago ( debt down) and now a 7.5% divi for new buyers.

It would be better if Tui paid an interim and a final divi rather than a single Final divi every February. When this goes ex divi on 13 Feb, I'm expecting the price to drop by 60p (72 euro converted). Although we only get a divi of 46p (guess based on current exchange rate) we "lose" value to the German government (taxes).

( If Tui decided to move to the UK then that would really bolster the share price. )

I'm surprised too. After German withholding and solidarity tax (26% taken off the 72 euro, so about 46p after conversion), the divi is now 5% ( 46/920p). Definitely worth a top up of the Worlds largest travel , leisure and tourism co pany...

If you're that convinced , short the heck out if it. You'll lose money..you should have shorted it yesterday.
Ask yourself why you bother to post...if you own shares already you'd want the price to recover. If you dont hold already, why are you interested? Are you looking to get a lower buy in point...why are you here? Oh, and if you really think that chat board posters buys/sells affect the price to any great extent....well, good luck!

You might need to take about 26% off the divi due to German withholding tax and solidarity charge.

Warthog...you know the story behind PFC! The original share price drop reduced the market cap by close on 2 billion quid. Jeez, it's like groundhog day. Since then, the divi has been cut, debt has been reduced and the order book us not too shabby either.
