For the sausage rolls, get eight pork sausages remove skin, grate a slice of bread (crust) an ozs of good cheddar cheese, a couple of table spoons Worcestershire sauce , mix in a bowl . Get some ready made shortcrust pastry lay on the work top place strips of palmer ham on the pastry then the sausage mix. Roll over the pastry to make one long sausage roll and then slice into individual lengths. Freeze until required.

I traveled to Singapore on a regular basis, prior to the covid, that is a fantastic city state, leaves every Western country I have been to well behind. All Europe has is its history, why we still have people driving trains and trams in Singapore its all auto mated clean, safe, efficient and NEW.
