There are a number of things in the pipeline that could arrive at any minute and there is an air of expectation everywhere you look!

Hi aprogerson, you answered your yourself in your own question really although Elise added what it might mean in share buying.

If GGP is to be included, that will be announced on 10th September. The shares needed to fill the amount agreed will be purchased on 18th September.

The current bout of share buying may or may not be attributed to this possibility because we are also expecting another round of drilling results very soon .

Yeah, I'm refreshing the page every so often. I was going to go to bed but now it's too near to what 'might' be broadcast so I have to wait. :)

I guess it is all an attitude to risk coupled with a canny eye for what 'else' might be out there. I have a bit of the former and none of the latter. So earlier today I had a good muse about this and thought "Regardless of the profits gained so far with GGP would I take this lump of money , if it were a lump of money, and invest it in this one share?"

My answer was that I would because I know a fair bit about GGP now and I sincerely believe that it has a lot more to go within this growth stage. I don't understand other shares. I haven't paid enough attention to them either to make a sensible investment decision, so if in doubt, do nowt!"

Ah desertrat. I hoped you might show up! It's on Saturday 19th September at JRool. 7 pm on and we have the upstairs bar and our own loo. Coming?

I don't know if I mentioned it before but it was Bamps mentioning it on the TW site that drew my interest originally. A £500 punt when it 1.58p back in July last year. I have just looked at the dozen or so top ups since then and can almost remember my mindset behind each, one culminating in "Oh..flick it...I might has well put the lot in!"

Jerry, my understanding from ladies I have spoken to is that Jim Corr is not quite in the same 'league' as his sisters. Never mind, I'm sure his bank balance doesn't care though.

One of my old work mates who I encouraged to buy in when under 14p is asking me whether he should get some more today or wait until tomorrow. That's about as easy as selecting a Corr.
