What are the consequences for COPL then? They can try to limp along but for how much longer... The JV partner can pick up the asset for far less and 100% ownership too in a bankruptcy scenario.
TL -whats the PG share dealing scandal?
I agree with you gg2020. There should be a formal announcement in the progress and plan for going forward. The mud plan should be in place now or not, either way let us know and investors can make judgement accordingly.
Mick - which part of the plan would not be understandable... I don't care about the nitty gritty, all I want to know is that they actually have a plan and it will cost this much. I would be supportive for them to raise to get it done.
nordell - I advocated for a raise many weeks back to have a strong hand to finish what they need to do. The bull case here far outweighs any equity raises they may have to do in future to get the production up and going. And in anycase the expenditure for production is really a pittance in comparison. Once productions starts, it will pay for itself for future expenditure.... it will be a different ball game.
Keith - judging by the number of trades every day... I doubt there is any agenda now. I think everyone has taken their positions and waiting for news, barring that one individual who is waiting for it to go into 5s before its "investable". LOL
I doubt we will sell at $16, with drop in gas prices since that presentation. Happy to be corrected on this.
Someone here was also right about the protests, arrow losing 280 bpd, which should be offset by the new well.
Bablake - are you hydrogen in disguise?
emerald - 500 bpod with mcap at 400 million, something doesn't stack up.
Jiddy - read the RNS for your own benefit. They haven't got cash to keep going after march and to make it worse, they are unprofitable!! So until they can be profitable business, where do you think this is headed?
John - why you think placing? what's the point of it anyway when they are running an unprofitable venture. Seems like throwing good money at bad. COPL will eventually default on covenants and that that will be that for this company.
This is ofcourse risky and a gamble.
Hoping to get in with lower 1p here and there will not make a difference either way. If it comes through, you re looking at many multiples of the current price and if it doesn't flow commercial or mou-2 is not what it should be then you are looking at 80-90% hair cut in the share price. This is O&G exploration, take the level of appropriate risk that is comfortable for you and place your chips... otherwise just wait out till news to get in or not.
Bozi - thats shocking!! How could the directors accept that valuation!! Was the resource much smaller at the time?
What was the bhp proposal?
As a sidetrack or testing continuation?
What is the rationale behind throwing more money here when they MG is not allowing you to produce from he oil that you already found.
GRH - care to reveal who this is?
Funding after mou-1 flow test is based on the assumption that mou-1 will flow commercial rate, PG must be confident that it will.
Fish - or a Delusion
Illusion - you are on the brink of bankruptcy!!...
I am interested to know why you say that? You don't believe they will generate a lot free cashflow from the new wells? I am on the sideline researching whether to take a position here.
