Dear Investor Meet Company,

I am incandescent with anger because rubbish software is not displaying the Pulsar Helium meeting on at 1700 hours today, Wednesday February 26. I'm using an Apple Imac with Safari Catalina browser which is the latest Operating System usable on this late 2013 21 inch IMac.

I am correctly signed up to the Investor Meet website and your software invited me to 'enter the meeting' room. But then nothing happened. Repeated efforts to view the meeting failed when I followed your software's instructions. Although I ended up on the correct page where the meeting should have been displayed as that meeting was in actually in progress there was simply an empty, blank Navy Blue screen where the meeting video should have been.

When I then loaded one of your 'archived' meetings that had taken place a day or so previously it was displayed correctly - only the current Pulsar meeting had failed to show.

And as I am a journalist with many decades of experience of using computing this completely confirms to me that it is rubbish software caused by Apple deliberately using their regular Operating System 'updates' to no longer allow many third party software applications to function unless those third party software applications are repeatededly re-written with additional software code to enable those applications to interface with these constantly altered Apple Operating Systems.

My previous experiences of this problem caused by Apple have resulted in Apple deliberately distorting the truth by telling me they expect third party software producers to re-write software they have already written to enable their third party applications to function with Apple computers every time Apple choose to alter existing Apple Operating Systems. Apple have already been fined a huge amount of money by the USA courts for this type of fraudulent manipulation of their software and there is another court case currently being brought before the High Court in the UK for this fraudulent type of software manipuation. Apple disgust me.

That is because you are a de-ramper always knocking PREM in the hope of lowering the share price by persuading shareholders to sell by always talking complete drivel and inventing endless pessimistic untruths about everything to do with PREM..

Actually it is more than possible the Zulu plant will be selling Spodumene SC6 within weeks from now indicating a rapid market capitalisation re-rate about x10 with annual gross ex mine cost profit of about £14 million p.a. within virtually weeks from now rising within a few months as mine production increases with the extra bits planned to be added to increase the monthly tonnage of SC6 produced way beyond the starting point of 4000 tons a month.

But a market capitalisation re-rate of about ten times to about £100 million goes nowhere near the one penny a share of about eighteen months ago. So after a short few months of production the share price is likely to rise back towards that one penny a share as further Zulu development is planned & announced.

At one penny a share again that looks a bit like a market capitalisation of about £350 million upwards.

So we are actually looking at a possible 4000% rise in the PREM share price this year as PREM finally takes off and the spodumene price continues to rise as Zulu resources are further developed.

It is clear the Zulu plant will now produce a saleable SC6 product if all the improvements George Roach has mentioned function as planned. And the finance is in place to commence production. And with an agreement from a buyer to buy the product what could possibly go wrong now ?

With a minimum gross profit of at least £14 million per year based on the current low Spodumene price PREM can now hugely increase the share price & develop it's considerable assets.

The spodumene price is also rising and will definitely be a lot higher soon according to informed forecasts.

I'm sure it will rapidly rebound to at least 0.04 within a few days and then steadily rise way beyond that.

What's not to like ?

Bo Sears of HEX said recently in an interview how HEX was pleased to have bought a second hand Helium processing plant for the first HEX well for "pennies in the dollar" in his words & it cost him $500 000 and he mentioined a similar new one would be about $4 million dollars.

I'm sure it was around somehwere a little while back - maybe it's fallen down the back of the sofa; let's have look & see if it's there.

It is truly astonishing anyone would take any notice of the endless drivel being posted here by Trolls trying to persuade shareholders PREM is going bust as though it makes sense to just chuck away a business that had a share capital of approximately £205 million about eighteen months ago & would now be worth more if the mine production line had been producing Spodumene SC6 from then until now.

All that is needed now is a relatively trivial amount of money to catch up on a handful of debts and pay for switching on the mine ore concentrating production line within a few weeks from now.

Maybe about £20 million would more than adequately fund that process now which in simple terms means the share capital should and is likely to quickly return to approximately the same level of about £202 million it was about eighteen months ago.

We have buyers wanting to buy all the Spodumene Lithium SC6 concentrate we can produce & it is pretty certain the production line will be working more efficiently within weeks from now.

This would produce an annual profit of about £20 million after mining costs are deducted. But as the various improvements being made are likely to push monthly production up considerably from the original 4000 tons a month and the market price of Spodumene SC6 is forecast to start rising substantially in 2025, the annual profit will be a lot more than £20 million. It could easily be double that but probably a minimum of £32 million profit after mine costs.

And the Moron Trolls & derampers here are suggesting George Roache & Canmax just want to chuck it all away just when the Worldwide demand for Lithium is about to rocket because hardly anyone is mining it and it is in short supply. I'm quite sure George could easily lay his hands on an extra £20 million from his own and friend's resources if he wanted or needed to without depending on any support from anyone, including Canmax.

So, I think George has already been planning building the second PREM mine starting very soon. The capital value of PREM could take off into the stratosphere from where we are going now.

Can someone explain why the current share price of Pulsar is about the same as it was just before a huge helium flow was discovered at the Jetstream number one well on February 27th 2024 which then immediately made the share price roughly triple to about $1.5 Canadian dollars on the Toronto Stock Exchange ?

Since then it has sunk back as though no helium at all was discovered; even though that helium flow was logged at about 14% & amongst the highest helium concentrations ever recorded anywhere. And now as Pulsar are about to deepen the Jetstream well and more accurately be able to confirm what looks like a huge resource the share price is still sinking when the reality is Pulsar is getting nearer to extracting vast amounts of Helium & being able to sell it.

Nothing about this makes sense as although some fallback in the share price might be expected after an announcment of what looks like a huge discovery, completely ignoring that dramatically huge helium flow from February 27th seems insane because it looks reasonabley certain Pulsar is about to grow into a much larger size capitalisation company.

Although Maybe I made a mistake as it was difficult to organise posting the whole article in the correct order because the moronic software design limits length of posts. - Plant life then evolved at high speed as it just loved all that Carbon Dioxide which plants depend on to extract the carbon plants need to form their structure. As the plants extracted the carbon they needed from the Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere by breathing it in they simply breathed out the Oxygen atoms they didn't need back into to the atmosphere.

- This oxygen released into the atmosphere by the plants now resulted in enabling the evolution of animals, including insects and mammals of all kinds. None of these could ever exist until plant life produced oxygen for the atmosphere.

- Plants grew so fast in the moist, warmth of the Carbon Dioxide rich atmosphere of the early earth they did not have enough time to rot away when they died and so new plants just grew on top of a rising mountain of vegetable matter. This mountain of dead vegetable matter gradually compressed over millions of years and was pushed under the surface of the Earth's crust to slowly form gigantic carbon rich deposits of coal & oil.

- Then Humans came along and started putting all that Carbon Dioxide back into the atmosphere again only very, very recently; mostly from approximately only about two hundred years ago. This is now causing Global Warming and climate change and will soon make the planet uninhabitable to all life.

- So the human population of the planet is now learning really fast that we ALL have to do everything possible as quickly as possible to stop using oil & coal and stop putting Carbon Dioxide back into the atmosphere as that will very quickly just destroy human civilisation very, very quickly before making the planet completely unihabitable for all life forms.

- PREM has loads of lithium in the ground over hundreds of square miles in the Zulu area.

- only one small 4000 ton a month 'pilot' plant has been built so far using finance from a large shareholder with 'skin in the game' - (Canmax). Many more Lithium mines can be built by PREM on the huge Zulu Lithium deposits PREM already posesses.

- the Lithium SC6 price per ton has recently plumetted down from about $3000 a ton to the current $816 a ton.

- Design glitches in the PREM ore concentrating production line caused delays; unsurprising due to it being a relatively 'new' way of mining Lithium which previously was mostly extracted from the Earth's crust in Chile from Lithium disolved in brine - using the sun to evaporate the water, thus leaving behind Lithium.

- sorting out these 'glitches' in the ore concentrating production line has taken time to solve. This has now effectively been completed & the Zulu Lithium production line is virtually ready to be switched on within a few weeks to be able to produce a minimum gross profit after mining costs of about $1.2 miilion a month or $14.4 million a year .

- This gross profit after mining costs would rise by about $2 million more a month or an extra $24 million a year to total about $38 million a year when the Spodumene SC6 ore price reaches about $1300 a ton.

- Lithium market experts forecast Lithium Spodumente SC6 ore to rise to about $1300 a ton in 2025 as Wordwide urgent increases in using electricity for Electric cars and everything else too will demand increasing amounts of Lithium as the entire planet has to urgently change from using coal and oil as power sources to using only electricity for virtually all industrial processes as soon as possible.

- after recent dramatic 'natural' disasters caused by global warming producing massive death & destruction around the World due to drought, Wild fires, floods and massively high wind speeds in the most violent storms ever seen in the whole of previous human history, people are now realising the urgent need to stop using any more oil & coal & to only use electricity without delay and absolutely as soon as possible. - PREM, by the way is now good to go. It has a Lithium ore production line and the World is about to demand vast quantities of Lithium for extremely rapid electrification of everything that currently uses oil and gas and coal before we destroy our lives completely. So the Lithium price will rise and stay a lot higher than $816 a ton for a long, long time. Very little hard-rock Lithium mining is being currently done anywhere in the World at this moment in time. PREM have a huge advantage for that reason.

- PREM looks as though it might have organised an Equity Swop whereby some friendly outfit with piles of spare cash will kindly provide about $20 million for PREM to do what is needed to get the production of Lithium SC6 concentrate going now .

- Immediately Lithium SC6 Lithium ore concentrate is in production at the projected monthly rates PREM will be making a decent profit & can then rapidly expand production and build more mine sites.

- The Equity Swop funds made available now to get things moving are easily repaid by PREM very quickly as the PREM share price rises steadily from now onwards. The share price was 1p about a year ago and should easily rise by about 25 or so times to reach that same level in the blink of an eye once production gets underway properly in a few weeks.

Then the share price will almost certainly continue to rise way beyond that one penny per share.

So any PREM shareholder who does not support the PREM CEO, George Roache, by voting to grant PREM permission to issue more shares at the meeting announced for the 23rd of December 2024 according to the the RNS news message issued by PREM on December 4th is a complete Prat.

We will get the result of that vote the day after the meeting on December 23rd. That is December 24th - which is Christmas Eve.

What do all the PREM shareholders want ? A nice Christmas Eve present of a yes vote for PREM to issue more shares to facilitate the financing of the business and to enable any Equity Swop that might be organised, or for the dimwit shareholders to prevent the normal financing of the company and rather drive PREM into oblivion instead ?

If it's a yes vote to issuing more shares I think it could be very probable the PREM share price will likely be hurtling towards one penny a share within weeks from starting the Lithium ore concentrate production line.

If I had enough money I would organise a much better share discussion forum as it is badly needed. There is a 100% lack of ANY decent share forum ANYWHERE !!!
