The Prem Capex was about £210 miilion on 12th May 2023 when the share price went to 1p on expectations the Zulu mine was about to produce 4000 tons of Spodumene SC6 a month. There were about 22.5 billion shares in issue at the time.

This means the current Prem capex of £20.9 million should now return to a similar £210 million Capex. £210 million divided by £20.9 milllion is just over ten times. This definitely makes it a ten bagger. But, as we hopefully have Glencore on board, that would increase our current capex by a lot more than ten times.

With a starting profit of at least £20 million a year when the existing 'pilot' Zulu plant finally gets up & running what sort of valuation would the whole Zulu business be likely to achieve right now if Glencore wanted to buy the lot outright ?

Obviously it seems that it must be a lot more than a 'ten bagger' with a capital valuation of only about £200 million as several similar sized mines could be built, each producing at least that sort of profit or even more each year.

So would a reasonable price for full buyout be about a bilion pounds or possibly even more ? I haven't a clue - any else have any idea ?

In that time have gathered a good understanding of how Lithium is a vital product with massive future demand when the World really starts waking up to the dangerous global warming now obviously taking place and which is causing more frequent massively destructive storm damage, wild fires, flooding and huge loss of life all over the globe.

Elecrical power for everything absolutely has to take place if human civilisation is going to be able to survive.

How come the share price goes down when people want to buy more than twice the amount of shares that are sold so far today.

The fundamental reason PREM has not yet started producing Spodumene SC5 is because the Lithium price has plummetted down over the past three years caused by unforseem Global economic disruptions of various kinds. But it is clear the price of lithium will increase a lot in the future as electrification of everything takes place - particularly electric vehicles in the near term.

Has the meeting finished ? I've just spent the entire past hour trying to login into the AGM. About thirty minutes ago I succeeded only for Zoom to arbitrarily disconnect. The the useless Apple computer spent the next thirty minutes taking vast amounts of time trying to do anything. It was basically non-functional as Apple have warned me to expect because of their updates of operating systems deliberately making my computer not work.

Apple were fined two billion dollars by the USA Government for this kind of fraud & there is a similar class action coming before the UK courts. Apple are complete rip off merchants & should be brought before a criminal court.

The PREM share price was about fifty times it's current price about two years ago before the present Worldwide economic disruption caused by idiots.

The PREM share price has fallen because the Spodumene SC6 price has collapsed in the past two years for several reasons. Partly Global economic uncertainty caused by Russia, China, the USA Trump idiot & the Middle East Arab attacks on Israel & Suez canal & Red Sea Shipping, not to mention the revoltingly uncivilised Iran & North Korea always trying to provoke World War.

Electric Vehicle sales have been affected by increasing economic uncertantly and as a result lithium demand also shrunk reducing lithium prices temporarily only. Regardless of any political or economic considerations the World is increasingly committed to electrification of virtually everything. And this requires vast amounts of lithium as the need increases for large storage batteries for every purpose - not just electric vehicles.

Posters here haven't realised George Roach has actually managed Zulu exactly the right way by not producing Spodumene SC6 while the sale price of that has dropped around the World by about 75%.

If the Spodumene SC6 price was still about $3000 a ton the Zulu mine would have been producing long ago. Meanwhile PREM management have instead concentrated on improving the ZULU mine production potential. Now that lithium prices look set to start rising again and continue as an increasing lithium shortage is forecast from now onwards the Zulu mine will be in profitable production very soon.

Thanks, but your advice is just meaningless as market conditions are not what I am talking about & market conditions are usually 'orderly'.

I'm suprised at so many buyers if they are just private investors & I just thought this was the brokers forward selling. Is that the case ? And does this mean the share price is likely to decline when the placing shares are admitted to the market on March 13th ?

Who are all the PREM share buyers right now - all at about placing price ? Are these placing shares being forward sold ? And if so does this mean the share price is likely to drop when the placing is admitted to trade on the Market on March 13th ?

This Justin Gutman guy has brought a class action against Apple for £853 million for their misleading & dishonest behaviour in trying to force iphone users to buy new phones by deliberately writing misleading & manipulative operating system software for those iphones.
