And what had puzzled me was I had read of an example where exactly what you describe happened with another company when the shareholder vote did NOT allow extra shares to be issued & that resulted in the company being suspended etc etc.

So, forward selling is an inherently dishonest thing to do then as that risk can result in pure chaos that just looks like fraud. The fact this is accepted practice in the financial industry just goes to show how diseased & dishonest the generality of the entire financial industry is. I detest it.

Does forward selling in advance of an announced placement mean it is the financial institution who have agreed with a company to organise the placement of new shares are the people selling all these shares right now and therefore they are shares that do not yet exist as they haven't yet been placed & admitted to AIM trading.

But the financial institution doing the placing is relying on knowing they will have those shares immediately after the placing which will always be at a low price.

This means that shares being sold here today at say 0.8 means the financial institution know they will only be paying say 0.5 when the placing is made so any shares they sell above that price is money for old rope. No risk involved at all !

If I was handed the whole of PREM on a plate right now, today, I can see exactly how I would be able to make sure the business survived & grow rapidly from this point in time !

So if this is obvious to me, I'm quite sure the management of PREM are fully aware too and they know they are able to sort things out and make the businesss more stable & more profitable from now onwards.

And right now he is deliberately trying to undermine PREM and produce more problems that really don't have to exist by idiots interfering with the management of PREM doing it's best to deal with the huge problems and consequent losses of revenue caused by the incompetence of Stark.

If the Zulu mine had been correctly designed & built in the first place & commenced production when Stark said it would about eighteen months ago PREM would have earned maybe about £20-£30 million profit by now.

I've just looked up the current price of Spodumene SC6 & been horrified to find it very low, apparently averaging about $1055 per ton. I also read a Reuters article about Lithium demand falling & spodumene prices likely to remain flat for a long time into the future.

If this is true and PREMs minegate cost of $800 to produce a ton of SC6 & Canmax buying it with a discount PREM look likely to only make about $100 per ton profit; this is only about $5 million profit per year.

How does this work ? We will not have enough profit to pay off the debt to Canmax or improve the share price.

Can someone explain exactly what is going on here ? Is it just the case that PREM (that means all of us shareholders - including George Roach) are all crossing our fingers & hoping Lithium demand will increase soon and the Spodumene SC6 price per ton also increase sufficiently to enable PREM t make a profit ?

What happens if it doesn't increase ?

The software used by Lorna for the meeting is totally unfit for purpose. It is utterly useless so I've had to give up when it ended up with Lorna 'talking over herself - i.e. the idiot computer produced two sound tracks at once, and the only way to sort it was to close it all down & try & start again.

But when I had first loaded this really bad meeting software the tiny little window which was only the size of a large postage stamp showed Lorna & the finance guy so small it just made it a waste of time & it was just an audio only thing.

Thje entire World of software is utter garbage & full of idiots that write it and design the appalling rubbish we all have to put up with on our computer screens. I loathe software people.

I'm sorry to crush your dreams, but if you think that the addition of the conditioner cell, once installed, is the last component that will make the plant work front to back and produce SC6, I am sorry, but you will be disappointed. There are still issues with sorters and other components.

Side note: a lot of you were saying that once an AGM is called, he can only then call for an EGM. That was incorrect as we've had 2 AGMs now, so how many times can he call for these?

Will Canmax support? Is Canmax happy to watch PREM dig itself into a hole? Will PREM actually produce this year? Will Canmax just wait for April 2025 to watch PREM collapse under its own debts and take it all for basically nothing?

The next 3 months will absolutely be crucial, but we certainly are not out of the woods quite yet. As a matter of fact, we seem to be heading deeper into the woods....

I did ask what only the sensible people on this bulletin board think as I did not want to hear the sort of drivel people like you post.

Apparently today's spot price for Spodumene SC6 is $1090 which roughy indicates a gross annual profit of about $14 million dollars at 4000 tons produced each month.

But that might be ramped up way beyond 4000 tons per month, possibly soon producing an annual gross profit of about $24 million dollars. And then there is the future rise in the Spodumene price to take into account which will make the profit enormously larger.

If the share price rises rapidly in recognition PREM will be producing a saleable product and making a whopping profit once the plant is commissioned in the coming days it occurs to me there will be absolutely no problem sorting out finance issues. For example those two billion extra shares being sought at the EGM meeting at the end of this month could maybe raise potentially about £20 million pounds instead of the small amount of one million pounds the idiots on this board think could be the maximum able to be raised at 0.05p !

Or, of course, banks would be willing to just lend cash too.

So the plant will be switched on in days and on the reasonable assumption it now functions properly & produces 4000 tons or more of Spodumene SC6 per month What do the sensible people (not the morons) on this bulletin board think the share price will be once all that settles down in the next few weeks ?

As the share price rose to about one penny when shareholders expected production to commence as the incompetent Stark orignally promised I would naturally think the share price will shortly rise to about that same level of 1p per share and then rise further when Zulu is expanded and Mutare developed etc.

Thanks for being helpful. But those aIl like nominees. I'm specifically looking for the new shareholders names and holdings in the recent discounted placing. Company law demands that all companies keep a list of each shareholder's name & addresss & holding.

I have just spent well over an hour trying to find out how to look at the share register without the slightest success. Google search is full of total rubbish as usual and there is lots of 'advice' saying all you have to do is go to Companies House or the investors part of the company website. This is rubbish too.

Apparently as a shareholder I have a legal right to view the share register and that register is a 'private' document the company is obliged to keep but there is absolutely no information on the company website concerning this.

Can anyone tell me how to go about getting hold of the share register ?
