I've spent £52,672 giving me a total of 27,847,037 shares which is an average of 0.189146 per share.

But the HL 'weighted Average' figure for my holding says the weighted average is 0.03p per share which would indicate they cost me £8,354 instead of the actual £52 672 I've spent buying that total number.

I have absolutely no idea what this all means - can anyone explain please ?

But what does "Market Size' with a firgure of 7 500 000 mean on the fundementals page showing shares bought & sold today along with M/cap & shares in issue etc etc

Thanks for that. I guessed the shares were already being forward sold and would logically gradualLy creep upwards at least a little bit from now on but I was only guessing and was asking people with more experience than me of that process for their opinions.

Is the share price likely to be at it's lowest at the end of today or will the admission of the recent funding share issue hitting the market tomorrow be more likely to lower the share price even more tomorrow ?

As knowing this figure would put a sensible perspective on PREM now and expose the more idiotic posters here writing such complete & utter drivel.

If, for example, total cash put into the company since inception was say £200 million and PREM started selling about 8000 tons of SC6 per month soon producing say £10 million profit per month that entire £200 million would magically re-appear again within a few months in PREM's bank account.

And from then onwards produce eye wateringly high returns for that total investment of £200 million - - or whatever the actual precise figure is.

The moronic Apple Imac computer which Apple are deliberately trashing with their rogue software to force me & other end users to buy new hardware has suddenly become even slower & more stupid and after spending 25 minutes trying to load the right webpage and sign in the software just would not let me sign in to the meeting on the Invester Meet page.

All this indicates PREM is grossly undervalued and is clearly a good investment unless either the Zimbabwe Government or the managers of PREM mis-manage the Zulu Lithium mine.

With annual profits already visible in the region of about £100 million & vastly more in the future if a refinery is built under the umbrella of PREM ownership, as well as more mines built in the future to increase production, it is quite clear the PREM share price could and should rocket to soon reflect a market cap of about £500 million or more if the P/E ratio was ten times earnings.

With the current market cap at about a laughably unrealistically low £2 million the current share price has to multiply by about fifty times just to reach a market cap of £100 million. That would be 250 times to reach a market cap of £500 then. Makes you think a bit, doesn't it ?

PREM has apparently spent about £100 million on looking for & finding and proving up a large deposit of Lithium worth at least couple of billion pounds or so when it is dug up & sold.

The ore processing plant has also been built and should be producing processed ore and selling it soon in a few weeks from now.

This Zulu mine is a monumentally valuable and important asset to both the Zimbabwe Government and the PREM shareholders because it will generate a huge amount of money.

For this reason it is not in the interests of either the PREM shareholders and their appointed managers or the Zimbabwe Government to do anything that might stop or hinder that wealth generation.

That means the Zimbabwe Government cannot benefit without allowing PREM to create that wealth in which the Zimbabwe Government can then only reasonably benefit from as opposed to unreasonably benefit by imposing unrealistically high taxes or any other barriers to the practical common sense requirements which would enable PREM to mine and process the ore and sell it for an appropriate profit for both the shareholders and the people of Zimbabwe.

Because it is in everybody's interests to get the Zulu mine up and running and selling Lithium ore as soon as possible it would clearly be madness for some complete fool either within PREM or anyhere else to prevent the Zulu mine adequately rewarding both Zimbabwe and PREM shareholders.

There is always the possibility of unforseen delays but none are currently observed. The only possible one in the minds of some PREM shareholders is the Zimbabwe Government apparently giving the impression no lithium ore can leave the country until it is fully refined.

If that was ever to be a strict requirement imposed by the Zimbabwe Government, it would be perfectly possible for PREM to agree to that and making arrangements to build a refinery within Zimbabwe in the shortest possible time of maybe about a year which that process might take to complete.

The cost might be about £200 million or even considerably more but would be eminently possible by virtue of negotiating a joint venture which might include the Zimbabwe Government and other mining companies in that financing process if neccessary as it would be worth their while too. And all this would also encourage the Zimbabwe government to allow PREM to produce the profit which is immediately available by exporting only partially refined Lithium ore now because that profit is likely to exceed £100 million annually shortly if the Zulu venture is managed efficiently and properly.

Quite correctly PREM took a decision a few months ago to not immediately start ore processing using the existing float plant which could only process 4000 tons monthly because it would be more profitable & reliable to wait just a bit longer to install the larger float plant from Xinhai in order to increase ore production & make more profit & then later still further increase production even more also using the original float plant as well as the one from Xinhai.

That could then mean, for instance, that if ore processed totalled 8000 tons monthly at a net of mining cost profit of about £1000 per ton the monthly profit would be an astonishing £8 million. This sort of figure could well be possible soon as the Spodumene SC6 price is forecast to rise well over $2000 a ton soon.

So, needing only about £13 million for operating costs in the next few months is peanuts - it pales into insignifigance against the monthly profits PREM will be earning - whatever those profits will be. So 35 billion shares to issue if needed is going to look just like loose change.

With a following wind we only have to wait a very few weeks to see this scenario unfolding in front of our eyes. And with a market cap of ONLY £100 million that means the present marketcap/share price multiplying by about 33 times !! But with annual profits ranging from about a modest £50 million a year to way beyond that it would seem a market cap of only £100 million is laughably undervalued. Perhaps a market cap of £250 - £500 million might be possible with good management and someone like Glencore joining forces with PREM.

Your link takes me to the moronic website X as was used to be called twitter where there is some video that doesn't play & a load of useless 'comments'. It may be partly that Apple are deliberately making it increasingly impossible to use my ten year old desktop (they are dishonest fraudsters already fined two billion dollars by the USA govmnt for doing this). But even if the useless software actually worked to allow me to see the video etc this kind of means of communication is vile, childish & utterly stupid on every measure. Except it is slightly curious that it normally takes far less time and in this case if I was in charge of running PREM I would absolutely speed the process of assembly up by every means possible, ideally having engineering staff work around the clock day & night to complete the task as fast as possible. I'd be aiming to have it up & running in a few weeks .

It would have been really, really helpful to have been able to inform the shareholders that actually, having agreed to a purchase of that new floatation plant months ago, it had long ago actually arrived at Zulu (as it should have done) and it is about to be switched on any day now.

Maybe that is the case. I hope it is because it could just be the PREM Communication is so grim we are about to have an all singing dancing Lithium SC6 ore producing mine any day now.

Or is the thing still in Harare waiting to be transported to Zulu. And then yet another delay of several more weeks to assemble it. I hope that isn't the case. It would tragic !

Graham Hill announced in the 30th October RNS that he had decided by the end of September 2025 that the secondary Xinhai Technology secondary float plant should now be purchased & said in that same 30th October RNS that negotiations for that purchase had been taking place throughout last October.

I discovered I seemed to have been slightly mislead into thinking the new Xinhai Technology secondary float plant would just take a few days to be transported the short distance from Harare to the PREM Zulu mine & would then take no time at all to be bolted onto the existing ore processing line and then the whole processing plant turned on and producing SC6 ore concentrate long ago.

It is now three and a half months since that 30th October announcement that negotiations were taking place for the secondary float plant purchase to replace the Stark supplied float plant because it would be more reliable and less likely to cause further delays to production. Those delays Stark caused have prevented PREM from making a signifigant regular monthly profit for three whole years now.

With the huge rise in the Spodumene SC6 ore concentrate price in 2025 to about $1900 a ton today it would mean a current monthly ex mining cost monthly profit of at least about £3 million - that is £36 million a year indicating a potential market cap of about £300 million. The current share price would have to rise about seventy five times to get anywhere near where it should have been by now !

If the decision to purchase the new, more competent float plant had already been taken & purchase negotiations taking place by 30th October where is it ?

I understand it normally takes just a few weeks to connect the new float plant once it has arrived on site. But with the abysmal incompetence and incoherent communications via the strangled and tortured language used in he RNS' I just didn't have a clue where the plant was right now..

Was the new float plant on the Zulu site yet and being attached, or was it still in Harare ? It rather seemed the RNS of 21st January 2026 announcing the extra funding "to complete the purchase of the 15-20 TPH flotation cell plant manufactured by Xinhai Technology Processing EPC" gave the impression that absolutely nothing at all had happened about actually moving that floatation plant from Harare to Zulu in the past three and half months.

But, I find it difficult to actually believe PREM could be so incompetent that absolutely nothing more than endless 'woffling' has been going on all that time with just finally agreeing a sale starting only when that 21st January 2026 fund raise was announced as being primarily "to complete" the new flotation plant purchase.
