And while you’re at it, my reading from the production reports is that we were mining c25k tonnes each quarter at around 20% grade until Q2 24, which fell to just over 10k, but then for H2 24 we mined a total of 13,562 tonnes at 18% grade - can you explain why that is good news?

As it stands, my “simpleton” view of that is it’s not great so I’d appreciate any correction.

And re the op update, in October we were told “ Management has calculated that the steps that have been made possible as a result of the reorganisation process have reduced the operating break-even production levels from around 275 dmt to 130dmt of Cu concentrate per month, without taking into account processing income from the former Hanes Gold Mine”

For the entirety of H2 we are now told we produced 307.8 tonnes. That is a long way short of breakeven.

Agree - the operational update was poor and no doubt contributed to the disappointing day today off otherwise good news.

Rubbish. If the mkt reaction isn’t as expected I think it likely owes to fear of a quick raise.

The diamond parcels are intact and exceed company expectations.

So looks to me like VAST think net proceeds will be sufficient to extinguish the debt.

My reading of the tea leaves is that greater AI use and a foundation of government contracts/support has put Narf in a position to leverage its commercial position and attract the big boys. So I agree, any JV with a top tier partner offering product integration and market access should ignite this.

There’s another positive, which as far as I can see there are no stupid levels of options/warrants with hyper dilutive exercise prices.

Everything just seems to be pointing in the right direction here

US govt budgets now agreed. In November we were told to expect “a number” of new contract awards over the next few months. We’ve had one so far.

No funding issues.

True - commercialisation will be in the Summer, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised to get news of a joint venture as a precursor to that. Early 2025 was the target for that if I recall, and I wouldn’t be at imagine our recent contract news gives us some leverage in negotiations.

Can someone help me with something….

I’d assumed the warrants exercised today were some of those attaching to the fundraising issue in March, because I didn’t think there were any others.

But those warrants had an exercise price of £0.0008.

That being so then someone exercising 110,728,300 warrants would need to have paid nearer £88k, not the £41k we were told today.

Are there other warrants out there, or am I just being stupid?

Coincidence I’m sure, but the number of new shares to be issued almost exactly mirrors the total after hours prints yesterday.

They say the issue is being done using an exemption “solely to ensure the maintenance of market stability in the stock”.

What exactly does that mean? Are they actively trying to dampen SP movement given demand?

Sadly I thought the same Panda. It does seem like some poor ones owe to a misunderstanding that this was an “early release” without some features, but still disappointing.
