AI is a broad brush. But it’s nevertheless obvious the region is keen to become the global tech hub, and you’d imagine it would be keen to include all AI tech in its education.

It’s a CIQ post from a month ago talking about logo detection, as referenced in the RNS last week as “Market Leading”. Robert Pratt, Chief Data Officer at CIQ, said

“The ability to identify logos at scale, with no minimum spends, is a game changer - we have built this in a way that the very best in targeting is available to all advertisers, as we strive to democratise and set the standard in CTV”.

Whether that’s true, or hyperbole, I don’t know.

Worth remembering too the Halley’s only personal financial interest here is share price appreciation. He’s not being paid.

Expanding into lucrative AI markets

Funded to do so, likely from insiders and without discount

New unit expected to be profitable from outset

Talking to top tier agencies and enhancing sales team to deal with the interest

CIQ achieving paid sales

Possibility (I think) of tie in with Pubx, which is expanding.

Yet the market doesn’t really react. I can only assume a little rinsing continues.

But when that stops, surely the Penny will drop and the mkt react properly.

I think plenty have missed that key point Pashman. It will be those who know what’s going on that have stuck the cash in.

And….we had 714m shares traded on 2 May, a lot of which I’d wager were those insiders selling on the spike before getting in on the subscription. Makes me feel a bit sick, but could hopefully mean that a lot if not all of the new issue has already washed through.

And again, this was a “Company arranged subscription”, not a placing. In other words, it was people in the know that have lumped in the cash.

Well I guess we now know why the rise stalled last week, and it perhaps explains the strange UT’s yesterday (all at the raise price except for the close).

All that said, we’ve raised without a discount, have confirmed monthly profitability, have funds to accelerate CIQ commercialisation, and have Yentra which will be profitable from outset. All in, I’m disappointed at the clear insider trading but quite happy with everything else.

Bit of an oddity, but anyone else notice that all of the 3 uncrossing trades today were for the same value - £259.26. Not seen that anywhere before - suggests somethings going on behind the scenes, I just don’t know what! Thoughts anyone?

Interesting to see the history of awards including under the Omnibus contract, as well as the most recent $6.8m DARPA contract. In that latter respect, it’s noteworthy I think that we were only told about the contract in March despite it being signed in Jan, so keeping an eye on the link may give advance notice of an award before its RNS’d.

The Yentra.ai site is clearly still in its infancy, but they do list the following under their AI section.

Likely to be current projects I think. Blogease (AI blog writing?), Action Bot Pay (an AI agent?, Report Analysis (as it says on the tin, and great for transaction DD).

Pay by face is the interesting one. Are they looking at some kind of AI tech to transform the way we pay for things? Who knows.

But because the sites in its infancy there is no detail on any of the “projects”.

I would say this though - if mgmt inc Halley and Rautenbach have got themselves in for 49% then I suspect they see value.

Haven’t followed the board to closely, so apologies if this has been posted already.

For a variety of reasons I still think we will see some sort of collaboration/partnership with Pubx.ai, and that is a business which seems to have been expanding pretty quickly over the last year.

I couldn’t find anything about a company called “Techohara Private Solutions Ltd”

But there is one called Techaroha Private Solutions Ltd. Based in India. 12 employees. In the AI/LLM space - so sounds very much to me like our partner.
