Well FWIW, I don't think it can be coincidental that all these larger and stranger trades have occurred after results were published and the closed period ended, and so I still think its likely a Director, probably Yates, buying.

The thing that doesn't tally of course if the lack of any market notification....yet. But then I simply don't know if notification is needed only once an order has been fully filled or if notifications are required for each transaction made to fill the order.

I don't know enough about it Bill, but could all these larger trades be off market trades with an MM (Stifel I think) selling stock they hold directly to a buyer? Sorry if that sounds an ignorant question!

My L2 has just printed a 275,000 trade at 9.95p, apparently at 10.23 this morning. Weird it’s only just showing - anyone else have L2 who can confirm it?

If it’s correct, then once again a significant trade hasn’t budged the price either way.

4 Oct we were told extension agreed, docs being prepared, and that ALL terms remain the same.

6 Oct we get a placing

Today we’re told the docs have been concluded, but in fact the agreed terms are not the same.

Why can’t this company just tell the truth…?

Well, it doesn’t show faith in the diamonds and puts further pressure on our working capital commitments, which of course will need to be funded. How will that be done I wonder!

For info and I don’t know how legit this is, but if you have a look at the comments on this post you will see one from a Mike Richardson saying that Septiloop has been used in Ukraine, along with a picture purporting to show it and a comment from him saying “more to follow”.

If it’s legit then the very fact it’s being used at all would suggest it works! Full trial results soon.

As per ASI, the disclosures on the Vast site have now been corrected to show AP with just over 31m shares. AP would therefore appear not to have disposed of any after all.

Great - so it was a mistake which they have just rectified.

Not great to make such a mistake in the first place though, and I think shows AP or someone else at Vast reads these boards.

Can you explain then how his shareholding has dropped from 31m (as confirmed when he bought stock in Feb, the results, and the prior AIM 26 disclosure), to 14m now.

The only explanations I can think of are

1. The updated Oct 23 Aim26 disclosures are wrong

2. AP has sold and not told us.

Neither is great, but 2 is concerning

Each to their own, but whilst you may be adding Wildtiger, presumably based on what the company is telling us, it would seem clear from the disclosures that the bloke running the company and the one giving you that info, is reducing.

That’s pretty concerning I think, unless there is some reasonable explanation and I’ve got the wrong end of the stick. Why would a Director sell down stock in “the most undervalued stock on AIM”?

Have to admit that there are a number of things I found didn’t tally with the latest AIM Rule 26 disclosures. As just one example, the prior disclosures, said to have been accurate on 6 Jun 23, showed AP as owning 31,065,147 shares, but the disclosures updated on 20/10/23 show him with 14m dead.

If that’s the case then am I right in thinking he must have sold some? If so, did I miss the market notification?

May be wrong, but it all looks odd to me.

Noticed it too Bill - as I’ve said, it very much seems to me that Stifel are managing through a sizeable buy order and you may well be right about it being at 10p. An unsupported sale print like that would normally knock us down a bit, but the bid remained unchanged.

For info, on a quiet day, Loop have just announced they’re one of the grand finalists in this years EIT awards. Not sure how meaningful that is, but can’t be a bad thing.

That’s a good chunk Wildtiger….in fact according to the latest Rule 26 disclosures it’s more than all the Directors of the company own, combined.

I’d been wondering what “the final phase” of the Upfront trial (which they call the RADAR trial) might be, because they posted 4 months ago to say they’d completed relevant trading to clinicians in Newcastle for it. It bemused me because I thought, surely they can’t just be starting a trial which they trained out 4 months ago!

But this article might explain it - “LVOne begins NHS evaluation in North of England.

So from the title, and the article content, it would seem the trials have now expanded from just Newcastle Hospitals (where it was originally trained out) to others in the North, FOR NHS EVALUATION.

Don’t want to be too rampy because we’ve never had it confirmed that we’re contracted to make it, but indications are that we are (Yates and other seniors from ABDX have liked the original Upfront post below and we know we “collaborated” on the test development), but if it passes “NHS Evaluation”, the NHS take it up, and we are making it, then we could sitting on a little gold mine.

And then we have the Loop Sepsis test with trial results and U.K. approval expected this quarter - potentially another little gold mine.

And then of course there’s the Folium test due for launch next week, and which I have no doubt we’re involved with.

Not sure I agree. The trades in the last half hour today caused Stifel to tick the bid up, indicating they were buys.

TBH Bill, its one of the tests I'm most excited about. Late diagnosis of stroke costs Healthcare (and Insurance companies) $billions globally each year. This test is designed to identify stroke much earlier (in the Ambulance) so that patients can be directed to specialist stroke units earlier, thereby helping the patient and vastly mitigating those costs.
