Anyone received the notification from broker yet regrading the tender offer , as tight deadline with the easter holidays?

The Trump policies are not going to work in a globalised world, for example i phone price would rise to $2715.00 from $850.00 if labour was bought onshore, or due to tariff increases. The Us would have to have stringent custom controls to prevent cheaper phones being sold on black market. Maybe people will be travelling internationally to buy items that are cheaper outside USA, and trying to bring them back into country

Maybe, but any company would not commit to exact figures at this stage. The earnouts are in a narrowish range and could still vary, by 2\3 million, and there are external factors like the GBPUSD exchange rate whIch would have an effect if it is still sitting in USD dominated accounts.

There is nothing wrong with the current market trends if you check the share prices of the companies that bought the assets (sports Radar and Gambling.com) , both are up approximately 50% since beginning of November

They may have earned some interest on cash, and also the exchange rate is also a factor to consider. Do wonder if there will be a payout before Christmas though, will they continue with plan of doing one by the end of the year or will they change plans to do one big one at later date

They could have raised as much over the year with placings and i am sure the price would be much higher than it is now. The worst thing they could have done is have the NT deal and decide to have a placing in the middle of it before NT had offloaded there shares. Just created massive dilution

I thought the earnout proportion of the sale (10$ out of $30)was fairly large to be judged on just 6 months trading from now until April. I suppose this is because they want everything done by April so they can shut up shop. So there is still a large amount of uncertainty regarding the final amount when we dont know the terms of the earnout

Why did they not just do a placing rather than the structured investment deed. If they had done a simple placing would the share be in a better place now rather than this . They seemed to be able to shift the £.30 placing

They are supposed to be updating shareholders in Q4 of inital return t to shareholders. They should have received the $10 million so would expect to hear something soon.

As for cash value they had a Cash Balance of $19.4 million on 30th June. Since then they have paid out $4.00 million for Saturday Down South (no more aqusition costs o/s according to update) and should have Received $10.00 million in October. This means Cash at present should be about $25.00 Million (if no other major cash movements) . If you then add the expected payment of $7.50 Million this comes to $32.50 Million (24.80 Million GBP) against Market Cap of £24.50 Million today. Then there is the possibility of another $5.00 million on top. Maybe there are transation/ restructuring costs than have not been accounted for yet, but it is like the US business is valued at zero with the current shareprice , and they expect a lot of the cash surplus to be put into the US business. Anyone have any opinions on this

Would the New tech holding be linked in some way to the 09.09 placing. New tech are selling but in affect it is the 09/09 placing shares that are being sold?

I know it does not mean anything particularly but recently there has been recently more liking of Ethernity posts on linkedin , both external and amongst employees which does show there is some optimism at the moment.

It seems the fundraise is a positive one on good terms rather than a distressed one. This bodes well of the coming months DL said " We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of this transaction. We have strong confidence in the Company's future prospects, anticipating a rise in the Company's value as we embark on strategic initiatives." So he seems positive . Note the words strong/rise
