Just doing a little research on Caerus and the extract below was from their placing announcement to raise funds to:

"The proceeds of the Placing will be used primarily to fund the accelerated development towards the production of the 'flagship' projects in the expanded portfolio of properties from the acquisitions. Advancement of these properties will be coordinated with Jubilee Metals Group and Bezant Resources plc in accordance with Agreements announced in May 2021 and August 2021, respectively"

That was September of last year, acceleration needs to be looked into as the gas peddle is still not down as far as I can see!!!

Caerus listed in March 2021 at 10p per share, placing was then at 20p per share, now their shares are under 9p!!!! and not all following the various tie ins with either BZT or Jubillee?

Clearly Caerus are suffering from the current market malaise, but I do think the accelerator needs pushing a little more now and speed is of the essence for both us and them.

I expected the licence request for Cyprus to be submitted by now, as that is the major obstacle for getting financiers onboard and get the mine up and running by early 2023.

Thanks for your insight! and cheery verdict.

However as far as we know the funding situation is fine at the minute, they also have the secured loan from investors of £1M which as of last month was untouched?

I think we need to concentrate on the newsflow and start getting this back where it should be, having said that I follow 20/25 stocks, not invested in every one of these, but as a whole they are all down in line with BZT!!!

You have to wonder, why!!
Surely a trade of that size at way over the ask should have sent this into firm blue territory.
I'm 100% sure had it been a sell we woukd have been 10% down.

I agree, its 3 months since the licence extension RNS, and as you say work was ongoing and had been leading up to the granting of the licence, I would think an update should be imminent. However as IDM is not a listed entity then I have to question if there will be any updates as officially one is not needed, BZT are a minority shareholder, but importantly the company that owns the majority of the asset is not listed and does not therefore have to publicly update it's shareholders. Privately they will know where they stand, the only way we could get any updates is through IDM issuing an update to BZT, which, I think unlikely at this stage.
Now I assume CB may be party to whats going on in some respect, but he couldn't release that information as it will not be through official martket sources!!
Therefore I think we will only get any news regarding Mankayan once listed on the ASX.

It appears at the moment the market is neither interested or doesn't believe what is going on.
Ever since the tie up with Caerus and despite all updates being positive not one penny piece has been added to our market cap in respect of Cyprus!!!!
Caerus sp has also fallen!°
What to make of it? I'm not sure, but this is fact!
I also believe this will change once the Licence is granted and the finance agreed
Similar at Hope licence needs granting, finance requires identifying, so if all goes well we should be in a far healthier position by the end of 2022.
Mankayan news in the meantime would see us founder easily if favourable!

Agreed on both counts. Once the news sinks in and financing is sorted then this will move up significantly. As you say, too much going on for it not too, then we have other projects as well which could at any time bring in very good news.

Very little volume anywhere on aim currently, the old adage of sell in May return St Ledger day looks like it will apply for 2022? although I'm not selling here that is for sure!!!

Hope Kwack hasn't missed it though, the second update in a period that Kwack insisted would involve nothing due to CB being on his extended holiday break and Ascot trip!!!

I don't think the great one can read!!! its as if nothing happens on this board from one of his posts to the next, in other words he spews nonsense time after time. If he read posts then he would know what he posts is complete dross!!
Strange folk, and none so stranger than some of these boards attract. There is a Kwack on every board, believe me.
Slow start here again? I thought we may be heading off to the magic .20's again, but the silly fall on Friday put paid to that, for the moment.

The fact that CB bought last week and we had a news update this week somewhat dispelled the myth that nothing was going to happen here for some time? as we thought?

Hope news should be near.

A good spell of positive updates would certainly fire us back into life, we need to be up towards .020p minimum before any blockbuster news!! Mankayan!!!

Thanks for posting this, good to remind us and potential new investors as to exactly what is on offer here.

that 160M equates to 3.2p per share, currently, yes there could be some further dilution which I'm not concerned about as long as when it happens our sp is far higher than it is currently. Small cap companies always do fundraising once the sp starts to march north as dilution effects are kept as low as possible.
I will be happy with a £50M valuation here, which I see as achievable with the projects we currently have.
Roll on the next news, should be in respect of Hope.
I also believe the JORC for Cyprus was initially pencilled in for Q1 2022? obviously delayed due to various hold ups which are not specific to our projects, these are market wide.

It is not a case of "in case something happens" it is a case of something is going to happen.
We have assurances from CB that everything is on track as far as the current information in the market place, although we have not had any updates recently and the Hope licence application was indicated it could happen in May, as we have heard nothing to the contrary then we should have updates shortly on this and Cyprus, informing that things are progressing towards production next year.
Mankayan is also still possible as work continues towards that ASX listing!! so keep the faith and ignore the mutterings of certain posters that hold stock here but continually run down the Company. Oh and by the way, have you notice how they ignore any questions put to them!!! it is as if they may be found out!!! lol

No, there is something seriously wrong here, he is not right in any case until we reach the end game on many projects, if for instance Cyprus and Hope fail to get off the ground by this time next year then I may review what he is chortling on about, but, in my opinion that wont be case.
He goes on as if CB is not to be allowed any time off!! mentioning RA, but, you will see many business leaders at such events will you not, the Corporate side of Horse Racing in the UK is massive!!! I have been invited to Corporate horse racing events! pointing that out is ridiculous to say the least.
I'm afraid our Kwack doesn't know whether he's coming or going! keeps harking on about history and he is wrong about most of that!!!
CB bought 15M shares on the open market last week, not a huge amount, nonetheless, he holds a huge amount, didn't need to purchase that stock, he did so as a show of faith in BZT as he has done on occasions in his other ventures! If as some suggest he did to prop up the stock, then that again is a ridiculous statement and made by individuals who have no clue!
I'm still expecting further updates on multiple projects in the next few weeks, clearly markets are stagnant at the minute and the old adage remains, sell in May return on St Ledger day, but I'm sure nobody with a serious holding is selling here anytime soon, many have mentioned this will be a 3/5 year plan starting around 2020, at least 4 projects should be well advanced within that time scale, so much to look forward to here.

I do despair sometimes with posters on these boards.
I am not complimenting UFO, I am using UFO as a comparable stock to BZT, ie both could be in production next year.
The timescasles are the similar, and income streams are also similar.
As I said, 10p, 1p, are still the targets and bzt will reach its target before UFO.
There will be dilution over there before long, that will peg it back again, look at the current m/caps with similar shares in issue and you will see what I mean. UFO had their big run up to 3p and fell back to a more realistic trading range, BZT run is still to come!! Plus BZT will have two projects generating income next year.
Both UFO and BZT into production assume financing can be sorted without the need for huge dilution, I think however BZT is still the one with more potential, having held both at certain times.

UFO had a good RNS today, one of its projects could be in production next year, financing the key, as follows:

"The company said it is also in preliminary talks with a number of potential funding partners and has been presented with a range of funding options, both equity and debt"

Remember we have two such projects that we are informed will be in production next year, and we are also in talks with financing partners for both projects!!!

Our M/C is barely 7M, UFO, 30 odd Mill!!!!
