Mankayan, yes I agree, this will be quite valuable to bzt, certainly the value is far more than our current m/c now!!

Remember last year when it appeared Mankayan was going to be sold/listed via that far eastern outfit, the sp flew over .040p on that alone, therefore I believe if there were to be a sniff of an ASX listing it will do the same again. This asset is very valuable , and the difference of course now is the change in the government stance on these projects over there, so in fact you could argue the value we hold has in fact increased, albeit on paper I agree.
I cant believe all the trouble that has been gone through renewing the licence for 25 years will be for nothing, I agree finance is an issue, but, again I believe this can be easily sorted in one big hit, ASX listing to raise funds for it!!! Yes a one asset entity, but, its a very big asset?

Lets see, I expect us be heading over .020p as soon as the copper price turns around, and newsflow on Cyprus and Hope begins in earnest. Then there is Mankayan, which as CB points out come come out of the blue.

I'm sure we are all sad old gits!!!! lol.

Look I understand you have been stuck in this for many a year at much higher prices, but, I think you either sell up and take the hit or buy some at these silly levels because for me the current sp is far too low.
Then we await events which should be moving forward, I've said that things are not moving fast enough at the minute so it will be interesting to hear what CB thinks on the next BAG call and why we are stuck where we are.
I certainly think the acid test will arise long before next July, if both our projects are moving forward towards generating some income or are in fact doing so, then ,the loan will be irrelevant. If on the other hand we are still in limbo and stuck where we are today then I take your point.
For me the loan has solved the funding issue for at least 9 months or so or until we need funding for one or more of the projects to get of the ground, that has always been the case, but the sp needs to be a lot higher than it is now for any raise to be in stock. CB set up the loan for just this purpose so he has been proved right in doing so to avoid any further dilution at this stage. Dilution is acceptable if the money is for moving specific projects forward, ie, financing a mine, but not for just always providing WC and spurious other things.
Difficult at the minute to be positive with the way our sp has dropped, but we are not alone, and I believe we are positioned well for any recovery with the projects we have in the company.
We await an update from CB

Mankayan will be very valuable once financing is sorted, remember the recent change in the Phillipino Government view on these mines , once commodity prices reverse hopefully Mankayan will be ready to go!!!
I think you are being too negative understandably, but we do not control world events or commodity prices currently all of which are against us. You will find multiple boards with unhappy holders posting the same negative comments , therefore we are not alone.

Out of favour due to copper prices and World downturn, but bzt is well placed when the reversal occurs.
Remember markets look at least 2 years hence, so that could come at any time.
Big bounce on the cards here I'm not saying anytime soon, but by the end of the year, especially if newsflow is positive and copper price rises.

There are multiple AIM stocks with higher issued shares than us I can assure you.
5 billion is comparatively small, I agree if funding is needed, this wont be until 2023 now, then it may be the case a shed load will need issuing, this however assumes the sp is where it is now.
Now looking on the bright side if the sp was 0.40 or higher this significantly reduces the numbers required to raise capital.
Therefore as we move forward this year with funding no longer an issue let's hope the sp will recover based on good news.
I'm a little disappointed we have not had more updates, I thought the licence applications for both project would have been in by now!!!
I expect both to be announced imminently which should shore up our sp.
Look forward to the BAG update at the end of the month.

Point taken.
Realistically, 12 months in which many of our assets should have come to head is worth the wait and I am certainly not worrying about the loan at this stage. I'm more concerned with the copper price at the minute which needs to improve significantly for our projects to remain on track.
Plenty of work still to be done before that needs to be concerning us, I'm thinking everything could come together towards the end of the year and then we may see some upward movement in the sp.
Be nice to get a surprise or two as well.

If true then its about time he understood the fundamentals of Financial Statements, what they mean, how they are framed, and what has to go into them as a matter of course.
Saying we are going bust is nothing short of fear mongering rubbish, there is zero chance of that happening, I repeat zero.
I understand frustrations but strikes me some here should have bailed long ago, seeing a drop of that magnitude is somewhat worrying to say the least, I hope those who have been hanging around that long have filled their boots at the very low's here to at least have averaged down to some sort of level that is achievable.
We all want to see conclusive evidence of progression, as I have said things need speeding up and it maybe that some additional board members are required to aid that speed up.

Absolute and utter tripe.
All Audit reports are only signed off, if the next 12 months are satisfactorily funded, those are the rules, that is why the drawdown was announced yesterday, i.e. not enough cash on the books at the signing off date, yesterday, for the following 12 months? All reports cast doubt on this assumption, its arse covering by the Auditors?? although as we all know it means diddly squat in real terms!!!
Talk about going bust at any time here is pure ignorance, and demonstrates a lack of understanding of how financial matters work and are spoken!!!
The Sanderson's are huge backers of BZT.

Fair point, I agree focus cannot be on all those companies at the same time, however, CB did stand aside from one company to focus on one or two in the main this year and next, BZT as I understand it was one of those to be focused on. However progress as I have said is too slow, some momentum needs building on both Cyprus and Hope now to have any chance of either being operational by next year, which is what has been inferred both earlier this year and more recently in the BAG update.
I think when investing in CB companies you are aware of the position!! so you accepted that at the time.
Copper prices are falling at the minute which isn't helping, predict to bounce back late Q3 so that may help at the time when things are moving ahead here, but we need some momentum now, we are at the end of Q2 of the year in which we were expecting a lot!!!
Maybe CB should appoint another Non Ex Director with expertise in the areas we need to assist him with pushing on, lots to do especially if any movement in Argentina? then I see an appointment as a must.

Solo projects prioritised in the annual report I suspect, Cyprus is still of major importance here.
Ignore number of directorships, many are non trading, hundreds of directors have multi listings.
The interesting point for me in this report was references to Argentina and our Eureka project, I know this could indeed be a superb potential project and referencing potential partners is very interesting indeed.
I cant believe this will be too low for much longer, excellent prospects, but as I said the other day need to get that peddle down on one project to begin with.

I see your point, I agree, they probably don't. Its up to CB to prove them wrong I suppose. From what I hear through the BAG notes everything is still on track, finance is being discussed with various parties in the background, but, until these licence applications go in then we are in limbo!! Mankayan again!!! I hear what you say on this, but, we are not privvy to what is going on there as it is not a listed entity and we will only find out anything once IDM inform us of any events that require market notification, ie ASX listing?

I see you're on a rant over at SML, re JP et al lol, I held these a long while back, bought in at current levels only to see it shoot up at one stage then back down, got out with a small profit, that was around 3 years ago I think.. I was always enthusiastic about SML, good prospects and in safe haven's, Cornwall!!!, but even after getting Magnetite sales up and running and profitable for a while the sp has been in the doldrums awaiting some kind of spark!!!
Even after some good news this week their sp has tanked today, so there you are, best to look away for now and come back once things settle down. Those of us that have been invested particularly in AIM stocks have seen these up's and downs umpteen times, you just have to hold firm and do not sell at big losses, you will regret it.

Well I was correct, that £1 loan we had arranged hadn't been used, but, the key here is that with the markets in disarray, stocks all on the retreat a alternative capital raise at this stage would have been highly dilutive to say the least. Therefore CB needs full praise for getting the loan in place in the first place and sp now has to increase from here to convert!
Also settles any financial issues for at least this year, therefore, no further dilution required for working capital requirements, that does not rule out that we may need a raise to partly fund one or more of our projects, but, importantly that will be for the benefit of that project and will mean the green light is on for those projects.
Good news for me as it now puts to bed any concerns of funding, and I suspect the 2021 accounts can now be signed off and issued!!! the funding requirement issued having been addressed. If we had say, 300/400k in the coffers at the signing off stage that would not have been enough to satisfy the 12 month forward looking period for the Auditor to sign off!! All normal financial actions when signing off audited accounts.
Now we can look forward to some newsflow I expect, there is still plenty to come.

Usually a bed and ISA have differing figures ie you always lose out when doing that transfer by the bid and ask differential, from what I recall those two trades were identical in how they were reported?
Anyway back to normal today I see, piddly trades but 8% down ouch!!!

Definitely no point in selling these at the minute especially if you have built up a good holding.

Dissapointing to say the least over the last two months the way it has drifted nearly back down to all time lows when there is so much news to come and we have two possible mines to be operational by early next year.
I would like to see some impetus here now from the BOD too much going on but slow progress, needs to be moved up a gear or two now, two licence application RNS's wouldn't go amiss!!!
