andmillsy,
I agree Mankayan is the key driver here, World class asset that we own nearly 30% of, and, the financing is not our concern. However, before we even think of selling any part of that, it needs to be listed, one way or the other, then we will get a true value of the asset. I would also prefer if the asset could be built up somewhat before any sale, to maximise our value.
As for funding both Cyprus and Hope, as far as I am aware private finance is the preferred method certainly in Cyprus, I believe this has already been looked into and is ongoing. As for Hope I'm not sure, possible JV?
CB is certainly talking that both Cyprus and Hope will be up and running simultaneously without the necessity to sell any of our in house assets, I would agree at this stage unless an unbelievable offer was forthcoming for one or more!!!
I don't believe finance is the one issue here, I think the market is very static at the moment with poor trading across it due to circumstances in the World, usually potential alone is enough to drive small aim stocks higher, but, investors are staying in cash at the minute. We have more than enough potential here as CB infers enough to drive this to a substantially valued stock.
Another good RNS update today, but, we need these to be regular now, so Hope next please Colin, then, Mankayan listing arrangements will set this alight, believe me.
