As for your earlier point, I'm certainly not selling up at an all time low, especially after the idiotic drop on Friday , over what, exactly, nothing!
As far as I am aware CB has us on track, markets are volatile at the minute and you need to ride out any knocks in the sp when and if you are aware the story here hasn't changed.
CMRS are in chaos at the minute since the new BOD moved in with their sp flat on the floor, they need to now come out with a statement of fact regarding the JV and move the project forward with us certainly in a far quicker time frame than they suggest.
In the meantime we concentrate on Hope Gorob which by itself will be a game changer here.
So let's calm down and let CB carry on with the work moving Hope forward with financing now being the main hurdle, whilst also awaiting news on Mankayan again another game changer!

The cause for the fall was based on spurious messaging from our so called Partners!!!
Until bzt put their side out, then it's hearsay. Ad I said Caerus is toxic at the minute since the new bod moved in, oh, and their sp has totally collapsed!!!
Let's wait for bzt update before we start soiling our pants there's a good chap.

Its simple, Caerus reckon we owe them £500K, as far as anyone on here knows, we do not!!!

Caerus are our Partner in the Cyprus project, Trouli.

We need an RNS on Monday from bzt clarifying the position as our sp today was hit with this rumour, both us and Caerus issued our 6 month accounts and reports update today, in their report was this spurious suggestion we owed them some money, in our report nothing mentioned. The original agreement was set up last year and in November 2021 RNS's issued indicating we hads contributed our share, following us raisinfg £1.2M in order to do so? Caerus's Audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 also alluded to this fact, its there in black and white as far as I can see!!!

Yes but until it was flagged up on this board the market wasn't interested.
I supect it being flagged here set off the trading patterns, ie some selling followed by a lot of buying!!!
To my mind us owing Caerus anything is pure fantasy, it would have needed to be included in both sets of audited accounts at 31 December 2021, nothing was, also why mention at this late stage. As we know there is much discontent over at Caerus so my guess is the new board do not loke the agreement and are attempting to re-write it!!!
There is no way we did not pay the initial £500M.

I have looked at the Caerus Audited accounts for December 2021, on companies house, nothing mentioned regarding any amounts due from us.
In fact within the Chairman's reports it states that Caerus received equitable funds strengthening Caerus treasury????
Nothing in Debtors either.
Remember these were audiited accounts unlike todays issue of unaudited accounts.

Regarding todays conflicting reports by Partners of”one” project, in which shareholders of both companies appears dissatisfied, read comments over at Caerus!! I think clarification is required from our board as to what the position actually is, I do mean urgently i.e. today.
Bezant will hold all of the facts surrounding this, therefore confirmation that indeed our share was paid and we do not owe any further funds at this stage under the agreement signed is what we need to see and hear, now, not next week or next month.
Our sp is down, I assume on the back of the RNS from Caerus, possibly because it was flagged on our forum, talk about shoot yourself in the foot!! Well look what we have done here?
I assume if there was a problem then Bezant would have had to put it out in our report as it is a fundamental issue? Nothing as such was noted, therefore I believe it should therefore be easy to clarify, and now!!!

The Parties have committed an initial sum of USD1.0 million towards resource development and to take the Project to feasibility to be funded on a 50:50 basis.

This just following us raising 1.2M funding!!!!

Something is incorrect then here? and if we didnt pay the £500M where did our fund raise go?

Results for the 6 months to June 2022 out as expected.

Areas to note besides Hope and Cyprus, although CB puts a 6 month timetable on Cyprus, so expect news shortly imo, Eureka talking regards a Partner and Mankayan, ASX listing could be not far away.

Nice to see you on here, are you invested?

I have had a dabble, just before the 100% plus spike the other week, now doubled my holdings here as I believe this share to be well undervalued! was in it a few years back but sold out.

Regarding the cash, yes will need funding, but, they raised 3.5M to fund their share of the Sasanoff Well drilling programme a few months back which ended poorly. However still other targets there along with all the other prize assets being held by Clon. That raise of 3.5M was at .25p, which was above the then sp, it then shot up in anticipation of the drilling programme only to slum once the bad result was announced. Clon still retains a 10% interest in this asset.

I believe at the current m/cap where absolutely nothing is priced in, this is a good gamble.

What are you asking them as I have to say everything they can tell you in currently in the public domain.
I'm hoping there will be a telephone call with CB early October, but, the last one really reinterated that everything was on track and progress is being made behind the scenes.
I suspect the hold up re Hope Gorob is finance and how to attract the right investement which is favourable to us the shareholdrs and avoid any further dilution. I would be happy with certain dilution if the financing was agreed but we need to contribute as I believe the market would be favourable to this and the sp would be higher.
As for Cyprus, this is something that we do need an update on.
Mankayan, nothing to happen until early 2023 in my opinion.

Yes looking good for another move up when news hits regarding the next move with Sasanof or any of the other prospects here.
Sp far far too low imo , as I've stated before it's priced to go bust with no value built in for any assets!!!!

Standard wording in most F/S especially unaudited. You will find that before the final audited accounts are signed off there will be a raise! to erase the fundamental uncertainty. But as a well-informed investor i've no doubt you will be aware of this lol!!

Losses and C/L are unimportant at this point in time, the loss was fully funded by the cash raise in any case and related primarily to the Sasanoff project.
We now look forward, indeed Clon as I say have many exciting potential projects, the current M/C is pricing all of these at ZERO!!!!
