Absolutely, m/cap is an absolute joke. Volume picked up today, if it continues tomorrow may see a uplift, news required though here, plenty of upside that's for sure.

Namibia is being talked up in other stocks as "the place to be" for deals and or JV's, the ones I have noted surround oil/gas stocks, but I suggest it could also mean precious metals. If there is an appetite for one the others will follow. Add to that the Namibian authorities are very keen for bzt to expedite this mine and quick as!!! which couldn't be better from where I'm sitting??

I thought we may see an uptick here today, but need more volume to really set it alight? Remember this is valued at 4/5M which is ludicrous!
CB's updates were quite interesting I thought, options on different fronts, but, as we all know these deals etc take time and patience is required. There is no doubt we have some valuable assets here and ones that others may be interested in, just one of those going our way would blow the current valuation out of the water.

Someone just paid 0.0975 for 2M shares??? yet no move in sp!!

Investor notes were issued yesterday, some interesting points within, although no more than we knew previously. Suffice to say things are moving along and some news should be forthcoming soon.

Simple for you, the whole agreement changed, originally done with Churchouse he is no longer running the show at CMRS!!!
The new CEO doesnt care much for Churchouse or BZT or the JV, so would you not agree it is good news we walked without contributing a single penny? Surely you can agree that much. Add into that the new BOD at CMRS indicated only a week or so ago they had slowed the Trouli project down, nothing to happen within 12 months add to that, already they have had one licence application refused for another project on Cyprus.
I would say we got out good and proper here.

Look the fact is Caerus was taken over by individuals who to say the least were hostile to their predecessors!! Just read through some comments made both from their new BOD to the old one and shareholders are not happy.
Recent events led me to believe we would be far better out of that situation, I believe this is the best thing that could have happened here, and we save our money to spend on getting Hope going.
Good news all round today, we are better out of that I'm telling you, plus I suspect Cyprus will be difficult to obtain licences.

Extract from the interims:
Post-acquisition there have been no indications that any impairment provisions are required in relation to the carrying value of the Cyprus Joint Venture the capitalised cost on 30 June 2022 was £228,307.
This was also the provision in the same accounts, so there it is, those are the costs which we did not pay and may now not have to pay.

As far as we know we did not spend anything, there was a provision in the interims for circa £250M which equated to the total spend so far, but had not been paid to Caerus. Caerus were banging on about not receiving £500M which was our initial commitment, ie both parties agreed to fund the JV £1M 50/50?
As to whether we still owe this money I can't speculate, I would guess we do not as the JV has been terminated and no costs of the termination were included in the RNS issued at Caerus?

Well that has sorted that one!! about time as well in my opinion, Caerus appeared to be in limbo following the recent goings on over there and everything certainly is not as it should be. They also had their initial licence application rejected on Cyprus by the military, we were not involved in that, but, it said one thing to me and one thing only, get out of Cyprus!!! Once one licence application is rejected for a poor reason then the next and the next are more likely than not to follow suit.
DVH, you are 100% correct, from day one of this JV the market has been telling us that it was not what they wanted!!! every so called positive RNS was met with a large echo and then a fall in our sp!! I cannot remember one RNS from Cyprus that has added value to our sp, in fact you could argue it has damaged it from the get-go.
One mine to get up and running is enough for us to be concerned with at the minute, now hopefully CB can fully focus his attention on this, get things moving, get some decent news out, and sort out the all-important financing!
Remember we have plenty of other projects in our stable, so Cyprus for me, good riddance?

Ah just popped in to see old kwack has been let out for his one day per month, exercise and all of that.
Repeat, repeat, repeat , repeat Kwack just hits his repeat key on his board and of we go!!!
Kwack, why didn't you sell a while back and move on, I'm sure a fine investor such as yourself could have recovered your losses, then all eould have been well.

Has there been a rearranged call scheduled?
CMRS share price recovered somewhat after the spat the other week, ours is still where it was, although to be fair both sp's are well down over the past 6 months or so.

Anyone selling now is creating a loss, but, it's whether they believe they can pull back losses elsewhere to cover these.
Impatience transfers money from the weak to the strong is another way of analysing this, you need to be patient otherwise whilst you are chasing other rainbows you will surely lose out, if , and why you initially invested in a stock, was well researched and you bought in at the correct levels eventually profits will emerge.
The next 6 months here will be crucial and I will be interested to hear what Colin thinks when the latest notes are released.
The sp is now ridiculous, but this can change in a blink hopefully that should be the case here.
