Yes agreed the sp is at silly levels and needs concrete news to move it up?
Currently we are valued less than our capital investments which Cyrus makes up for only a tiny proportion, therefore the market is virtually discounting all of our assets?
CB needs to get the word out that Cyprus is or will be back on track imminently, there has been vitually no news for months which leads me to believe CMRS are no longer pushing on with the project and they might want us out!!!
I would have expected news on Hope Gorob by now, licence applications etc??? further assays!
Mankayan, as we know news could be months way or hit at any time because it is out of our control.
So yes whilst CB appears bullish the market is totally disinterested and until that changes with either news or CB getting the word out into the markets that things are indeed moving in the background, then I'm afraid we will standstill.

Look through previous RNS's June 2022, gives an overview etc.
Still waiting for further assay updates etc for Hope, these should be with us fairly shortly.
Licence applications submitted, Namibian government very keen on us progressing this mine quickly, which makes a change so we are now awaiting further updates re studies, assays, licences etc, then the crucial hurdle to overcome is finance!! which will not cost a huge amount as it will be developed as an open pit, nonetheless finance backing is required which is being worked on all of the time.
Good luck, at these current prices it's a good or better bet to provide a good uplift once Hope news hits. There are numerous other assets within our portfolio which also could have significant value added outcomes.

Therefore any speculation of what it may be now, is I'm afraid pure speculation and nothing else.

As for Hope Gorob, my feeling is that as soon any sniff of finance being agreed our sp will be at least 300-400% above where we are now.

I agree, also there sp has totally collapsed I think when we teamed up with them their sp was in the 20's so therefore they are now prime for a takeover at a relatively cheap price.
With all this going on and the fact they appear to suggest the JV will be at least 12 months before any substantial movement, is now the time to end it?
I have said from day one this JV has done nothing for us, in fact every update is accompanied by a fall in our sp. Therefore I get the feeling the market doesnt like it either let alone shareholders , and there is a risk the licence application whenever that may be, could go the same way as the last application put in by CMRS!!!

Oh Yes Tom Winnifrith, the so called Sheriff of Aim, he must have given himself that title as I don’t believe anyone else could be bothered to!! or even suggest it!
He spins his ************* site where I believe you subscribe for all of his wonderful insight!! As if!
Then he often pokes his beak into shares apparently he doesn’t own, as he states at the beginning of his spiel, nobody can either prove or disprove this statement! Why is he interested? Because he is the sheriff of course??
Then he calls for suspensions, enquiries galore, calls out CEO’s for this wrongdoing or that wrongdoing, then threatens to write to the FCA, as if they’re interested!! And so on and so on!

A well put and balanced post and more or less what I have said in the past proving up the assets to production is the key, with many small AIM miners, cash generation comes down the line.
As for comparisons with UFO, I feel they are similar in many ways, also my friend keeps on insisting UFO will be 10p one day!!!!
I, on the other hand have a more realistic target of 1p here a 50M valuation compared to a 400M valuation!

Good to hear from you, at least we had an update today from bzt. My take is now that do we need to keep the JV with Caerus, as you and I both know Caerus is toxic at the moment and in a mess. Their shareholders are also bemused and not at all happy, why would they be look at the drop in their sp!!
I get the feeling the new BOD at Caerus no longer want us involved, especially after the bad news they had regarding their other Cyprus project. I would be happy if we did walk away from it, as I have constantly said this particular project has only drained our sp with every seemingly good or better update being overlooked by the market and sp remained static or indeed fell?
I look forward to the Hope update which hopefully will reverse recent falls here whilst also adding some value to the sp. The current market value is scandalous.

Your analogy is correct, sheer incompetence of the CMRS board, why else have we seen such a sharp fall in the sp!! nothing else can account for it I'm afraid.
I though we may have ended blue, but some late sells put paid to that.
We now as I said previously need some solid updates on current projects.

Correct , but although we do not owe 500k we do still need to pay the provision. I suspect this is pending due to the ousting of Churchouse at Caerus and we will require certain assurances going forward before this is released.
I still fail to see what Cyptus has gained us, in fact one could argue it has been the consistent cause of our sp falling.
The sp now is a joke and Colin needs to get on top of this and produce some worthy news to stem the rout here.
This could have all been avoidable if the new BOD at Caerus had some business acumen clearly they do not as their sp has crashed ever since Churchouse was ousted.
Would it now be a good time to exit Cyprus and concentrate on our own projects!!

I think an update now or sooner would be welcome, our sp is tanking again!!!!!
This can be nipped in the bud now imo, as far as I can see loing through all news we have paid the initial 500k into the extraction pot!!! It is one reason we raised the 1.2M late last year!!!!
I would urge the BOD to act now and put an end this speculation and misinformation.

One further point on Cyprus, from the day we got involved in this JV no added value has been attributed to us, ie the sp has gone down on most updates regarding Cyprus, indicating it might have been a mistake getting involved!!!
Now that Churchouse has gone from CMRSit may be the time to end the JV and walk away with an agreed compensation package.
I would like anyone to disprove my point regarding the sp!!!

I agree clarification required as soon as. The 5M was tongue in cheek, although since the work and drilling campaign that we were involved in and have funded as far as the original signed agreement confirms I suggest 5M would be a giveaway!!! When up and running it will be worth mlilons more.
Hopefully we shall hear something today or tomorrow regarding this. I have to say though for your JV partner to deliberately attempt to smear its partner with allegations in a financial report does not bode well going forward. Maybe CMRS want us out and this was the first sounding board, therefore if that is the case they can buy us out!!!

Read back over last week's posts and you will see. It all revolves around CMRS not us, they inferred something in their annual report which as far as I am aware is incorrect. We did not refer to this in our report.
As I understand it clarification on this is needed as the JV in Cyprus is somewhat under a cloud all due to the new BOD at CMRS. The new BOD are generally very hostile to the old BOD there whom we set up the JV at Trouli!
Maybe we could sell our stake as it stands to them, say for £5M? and concentrate on our sole projects and those funds could be used to hasten progress there.
