In Bolivia, Clontarf has been in discussions with international Direct Lithium Extraction processing experts, and has agreed in principle on a Joint Venture to test brines in medium-sized Bolivian salt-lakes. If the laboratory test-work is satisfactory, we will consider, subject to sourcing the necessary funding, building an on-site pilot plant to production test the Direct Lithium Extraction process.

This work will follow a planned augering campaign on the areas of the targeted salt-lakes of highest priority, and necessary approvals from the Bolivian authorities.

In Australia, Clontarf is studying, with its partners, the deeper plays on its 10% Working Interest in WG-519-P Block on the North Western Shelf in Australia. The high Asian gas prices, and likely LNG feedstock shortage have increased interest in both our existing acreage, and additional projects which have been proposed to Clontarf.

Finally, in Ghana the Board notes renewed conversations with the Ghanian authorities with a view to complete delayed ratifications of signed Petroleum Agreements, so as to expedite exploration programmes on prospective acreage in Tano Basin.

Firstly, I think Dave85 makes some seriously good and balanced points in respect of the drawdown loan!!! I also reflected that the loan could be repaid in other ways rather than cash!!!! think about it and carefully read Dave85 thoughts!
Agreed, we need an update on several fronmts, not just Hope!! but as Hope is the main focus at the minute and CB has insisted all along, we would be up and running next year then it's imperative we hear something shortly. The one licence at Hope was renewed, but we are awaiting the other to be confirmed, read back to Pricey's post to see what I refer to.
As for my other stock, I don't see it falling from where it is now, it's formed a new floor imo, certainly it's a good trading share if you watch it carefully. News is also long overdue there on multiple fronts, but, with the low shares in circulation any good news will see it multiply in one day. Therefore, for me it's a gamble to be had, I'm continuing to buy small chunks as and when building a few million there now, I will see what pans out, they have some wonderful assets but nothing has happened with them, some sitting there for 10yrs plus!!!

I'm not sure why you appear to be preoccupied with the loan!! yes 7 months till the terms are either amended or the loan repaid. Much can happen between now and then, if it does then hopefully the sp could be far higher by then and a raise will not be a problem.
I'm now waiting for the December call with CB see where we are and what the timescales regarding Hope are?

You need read more carefully, I said, I was expecting news in Q4, we are not at the end of Q4 yet, so there is still plenty of time.

The market cap would be the same regardless of the No of shares in issue? 5B is nothing in comparism with some other Aim tiddlers, also if and when news hits and we start to rise there is the same scope for a rise as there would be with less shares in issue, in fact, I would argue possibly more scope!

All of my experiences regarding share consolisdations are not good I can tell you. Mostly nothing happens, and the sp drifts back down. So as far as I am concerned any consolidations are never ever good for existing holders, full stop.
Lets concentrate on more important matters, like progressing our Hope Gorod open mine pit in 2023.

Don't know where you got that from, volume from the official source today, the London Stock Exhange was 32M 718T, so I suggest, do not trust Google finance.
Last trade today and the largest was the 11M buy posted 4.35 just over 10 grand.

Really!! you think some major, whoever that may be will snap every fledgling aim tiddler do you. Let me tell you a little secret, it doesn't work like that!!! that's fantasy land of which you seem to be from!! maybe that is what you are pinning your hopes on over at UFO, well, dream on!!
A JV is another matter, that may happen in time with one of our projects, but it may not. In the meantime, we carry on proving up our assets moving towards open pit mining in Namibia hopefully in 2023, obviously as I know and suspect all reliant on financing the project.

Nice end to the day up nearly 12%, that will do for starters.
Over on the other platform the ask is on 0.13????
Is this the prelude to a sustained push north or has something been leaked ?
We know about one licence, what about the other?
News is due on several fronts here I like it that the sp is pushing up before any of this potentially lands, creates a higher platform from which to really move up.
Let's see if it holds tomorrow that will be telling, any subsequent drop and back to normal, if another rise then something may be happening.
Has CB stored up some nice early Christmas presents for us by way of good updates!!
Remember this is valued, currently, at diddly squat, so massive potential for a decent rise obviously dependant on what news is forthcoming.
