Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.

A shot at something incredible?
Really, if so incredible why is the MC languishing in the depths. This is my concern, why does the market dismiss the possibility of it being something incredible?
Mr T
Pipe
I'm in with plenty thank you and have been for over 12 months!
Cash will be needed despite possible EU funding which may or may not be forthcoming?
Hopefully the next cash raise will be at a substantially higher sp somewhere around .25 would be acceptable. As we all know the one good point about Clon is its ability to raise cash when it is required.
I am being realistic here as I know from past experience in these deals you will need to have cash backing to move forward and to be taken seriously?
Mr T
My take for what it's worth is hopefully we will see a gradual persistent rise through to early May when news should be issued. Much better than knee jerk intra day rises followed by a drop the next??
It appears after yesterday and today, if it holds, this is what is happening.
I would like to see .07 or .08 before news which is easily achievable with such a low MC.
Following positive news in May I then expect a run into the teens, possibly higher.
There will be another cash call in the not too distant future should Clon get the green light.
Mr T
Prickly,
Good to see your still here with a sense of humour?
Caravan for 20 grand is possible all right! Not a very good one mind lol
I'm with you if we get some constant news here and copper prices keep rising then we could see a good run.
.30 will do me
Good luck
Mr T
If that's a sell then they must have mugged the mm's to get that price to sell 100M!!!
To me it's printed as a buy and is a buy if a sell it would have been below .017p and the sp would be well down?
Prickly may be correct re broker trades etc but the large trade looks like a buy to me.
Good signal imo if so.
News must be close now surely?
Come in Colin where are you?
Also what's going on with Mankayan, been extremely quiet over there?
Mr T
DVH
There's been no real movement here due to the spread, only 3 trades all piddly today so we await to see if a little more buying occurs.
Are you still in here?
I believe we could see a decent rise in the not too distant here due to it being so low and with such a low MC
Torre is certainly more room for upside than downside imo, but we shall see.
Mr T
Well bearing in mind how long this has taken I think we can be sure the deal will be done and I believe very soon now. Maybe in light of the rise something is brewing? With that in mind I've taken a few more at this bargain basement price.
Come on Colin lets have the announcement and get the bzt ship moving forward for a change, lets face it it cannot go much further backwards.
Mr T
DVH
You're starting to sound like Kwak a day here now mate.
Only piddly trades today apart from one 50M buy and one 20M sell. Hardly a sell off is it.
Keep calm and wait for the turnaround which will come soon imo.
Volume at the minute is non existent.
Mr R
Irish
You seem confident that the licence will be issued within weeks?
Any reason for that?
I can't see it dragging on much longer unless something is amiss here and we do not have the full picture?
As I say Colin should issue an update to confirm everything is still on course and its just a question of when not if the licence is awarded.
I think the main focus mow is to improve the sp and we will not see that whilst no updates are issued?
I gave requested time and again that quarterly updates should be issued on Mankayan, at least it updates shareholders and the market as to what progress is bring made, if any?
Mr T
No objections should then pave the way for this bloody licence to be approved. Its now getting on for two years since the application?
Colin intimated the Namibian authorities were very supportive of this project. Just think if they weren't?
I suggest an update should be issued now to indicate what is going on, surely the Company reviews this application and could approach the authorities for an update?
Mr T
Look, batteries are old tech whichever way you want to dress it up?
As I say, it ain't the future, far from it, but you carry on believing and losing money if you dare to buy one.
Tesla's are so badly built its unbelievable. They are basically an Ipad on wheels!!!
Lithium will be required, yes, batteries are used in hundreds of throwaway items as we all know, this is basically the future for an EV, thrown away and scrapped after 5 to 7 years as you won't be able to afford a replacement battery or the other costs associated with the things?
As the majority are being thrown together in China, many in the same factory identikit with different badges on them I guarantee they won't last very long and will be in landfill in short time!
Mr T
Paul,
Agreed.
However my main point is aimed at the Lithium market and if this deal is as good as some say why does the market appear not interested?
I guarantee despite Clon' s record should this current debate and circus be in relation to our Australia assets, ie, Sassanof, then the sp would currently be .20 plus!!
So what I am saying is that lithium is not as appealing as oil and gas despite what you may read and hear in the media!!
Battery vehicles are a con!!! Many who have bought them and lost thousands of pounds have realised too late? But as they are primarily for the rich and for business to avoid tax it hasn't yet hit home??
Oh and then there are the fires and what it takes yo extinguish an EV! Usually 3 fire engines and a tank of water to drop the things in!!!
You couldn't make it up. But remember this is the future according to governments around the world, who as we know lie about everything, although take note, none of the leaders use an EV!! I wonder why?
Mr T
Mmm do they though.
Question, if what Clon is onto is going to be so massive, why is the sp not rising in.line with anticipation?
Posters on here bandy around 1p, 2p. 5p if if if!!!, however Mr Market appears not to be interested! nor do many PI's?
China will flog you any old crap and will gobble up our billions in doing so. They produce mostly vrap products and their battery cars are mo different?
Mr T
Don't believe everything you read!!
Look into the real facts and you will see the real facts. Here in the UK dealers can't give away second hand battery vehicles. Nobody wants them? Why would you when you look into the costs of running the things depreciation being horrendous amongst other costs!
Yes there is a place for these milk floats as there is with everything.
Mr T
DVH
Good to see you're still here!
Ignore these small moves at the minute just piddly trading.
We still await that licence, once we get news on that then we will see where we are heading!
There is no point selling here at the minute as vital news could land any minute, I can then see us moving up.
The aim market is dreadful at the moment, my only two stocks have recently raised cash which is a positive sign in this market.
Mr T
Read the RNS, listen to the interview, one investor stumped up the 400k in one hit to fund this quickly!!!
They will have sold what they wanted to by now and retained the balance if they believe in the venture!!!
This is no P & D, those are engineered by small investors looking for a quick buck following spurious stories doing the rounds!!
Volume too for that here now.
We will know soon enough.
Mr T
Ah ah
It's kwack a day, with its usual copy and paste posts?
Word to the wise Kwack, do some research check out the time frames of licences issued to other company's mining in Namibia.
Once you have come back with your results
Should give you something useful to do if nothing else!!!
Mr T
Always a drop following a placing if the price is significantly lower than the prevailing sp. Very rare does it not, on the other hand if my memory serves me well Clon did a placing at above the prevailing sp a year or so ago.
Anyway all sounds positive, I would be more positive if the placing had been over the current sp!!! The current sp is ridiculous but as I refered to before, the AIM market is currently out of favour, big time.
The spread has narrowed here dramatically so if the volume is maintained I can see this going on a run prior to the next RNS which by all accounts could be the biggie!!!!
We have been here before though, so not too excited for now but it's the first time for an age I have re engaged with any stocks on AIM. Only this and BZT hold any interest for me now.
Mr T
