Political rhetoric putting profit before well being and the right thing to do, the world needs Bee's far more than sugar, humans consume far too much sugar and would be better off with less sugar and more bees , once again politicians are being manipulated by big business interests.
Tell the sugar producers to grow and grow other crops and produce healthier products!

Unfortunately the government appears to be intending on going back on a promise made to improve environmental protection prior to leaving the EU by adopting worse standards not better, whatever happened to setting a good example?
Politicians can't be trusted, you may well come to realise that as time goes on, it applies to all the main three parties & Mr Farage (Whatever party he represents now)
But are young enough if you should so desire to help bring about real change for the better, part of that will involve chucking out our present unfit for purpose electoral system based on first past the post and replacing it with proportional representation.
The initial piece I posted was written by Avaaz, not me and I stated whatever one's views on Brexit or political leaning we all need to care about Bees,
So I would be interested to hear your idea's on how to make the world a Better and fairer place , not just for us, but the whole planet and for all its living creatures.
Would you be prepared to write to your MP on anything you feel passionately about this or something else, or even your MEP if you were able to, sadly very few people ever put pen to paper as it were.

Wake up, it is not a non story, the EU can and will be lobbied on this as Sotolo points out very important issue.
I have already been in touch with my former MEP says that several other EIU member states are going to oppose this relaxation .
Whatever our politics or Brexit views we all need the bee's, no good being rich if the worlds not worth living in!

Meanwhile, the lobbying efforts of some proponents of continued neonic use in the UK were described as ‘incredible’ and kept off social media -- presumably to blindside bee-friends up and down the country.

This isn’t about pitting farmers against environmentalists -- with up to three quarters of our crops dependent on bees and other pollinators, we all need our bees to be safe. And while it’s not even clear whether the virus these neonics are supposed to fight will even hit, we do know that emergency authorisations are a sneaky way to water down the ban on these bee-killers. Let’s tell Secretary Eustice to keep stick to the promise to keep bee-killers off our fields:

I agree there needs to be regulation of the monetary and markets system, but the present system is far too slow to respond and its time the those involved in the scams from the very top of big banks or trading rooms were treated like criminals and given long custodial sentences.
How many times now have central governments i.e. US ,UK and others leaned on the regulators or found a sympathetic member of the judiciary who only deal harshly with the little people on the trading desks but then give the main perpetrators (Big Banks) a slap on the wrist!

The worlds present monetary system and fiscal policies of most governments hasn't been fit for purpose for years, those that control how it works always get more, pay less taxes and don't abide by the rules they inflict on the lower orders who get less.
The UK government instead of increasing the retirement age should give people the option to retire at least five years sooner if they so wish or work part time for the same pay as long as they mentor a younger person to take over their job upon the older persons retirement.
Scrap all the unemployment pay and allowances and replace them with a universal income for everyone, no one benefits by keeping the lower orders poor, if they have a good basic allowance then they can spend in the community and this creates jobs and helps build a healthier and fairer community and world.

Lets face it what is fiat money for the most parts now , a squiggle on the paper or a number on the market traders screen backed up by paper,or most probably nothing more than a trading note or possibly a brick of some yellow stuff called gold that mankind has decided is worth a lot.

The world is in a mess and radical change is needed,its time to create employ people in real jobs and value those that sweep the streets, care for our parks and environment or train to do something of real purpose in health or social care.

Councils increased debt problems caused by central government policy
When George Osborne became Chancellor in 2010, he increased the rate at which local authorities could borrow from the UK Government’s Public Works Loan Board by one per cent. It might not sound like alot, but the Local Government Association warned that it could cost local councils 25 per cent in interest payments.

Councils went elsewhere to get loans – 90 per cent switched over in one year to commercial banks. The banks offered low “teaser rates” of interest to sucker them in, before hitting them with hikes up to nearly two times the amount it cost to borrow from the government, known as ‘Lobo’ loans.

Councils overnight started going to RBS rather than the government for loans, and have got RBS shareholders rich whilst impoverishing the publc. Therefore Osborne may have got some debt off the Treasury balance sheet, but it adds on more for future generations to pay off at local government level.

The same can be said for PFI’s. PFI’s became popular with politicians in the Tony Blair era as a way to get things done without borrowing from the government. But the reality is that PFI contracts were made in such a way as to become more costly over time, with councils paying back much more than they put it in, increasing its debts.

It is cheaper for government to borrow money than a private company because it is a very wealthy guarantor. Putting extreme limits on government borrowing just means more risky, rather than more secure, investments are made, like PFI’s and Lobo’s.

Very sensible suggestion, miners could do this easily via the Kinesis crypto monetary system and Centamin could be earning a good rate of interest on its spare cash!
