Nope. That's a wager he WANTED to make but I told him this share spikes all the time so a 0.8 spike could easily happen though iMO it wouldn't last. On the other hnd my view was that we're just coming off such a spike and thus the charts tell us we should drop back down to 0.55 before then moving again. Harold wagered me we wouldn't see 0.55p before end March. Bless him :)

I'm not against the company at all. I just think there's way too much ramping going on here which muddles everything up. Some of that ramping is unfounded (such as putting values of 1p/2p on attempted takeover bids when there is no such information to support that). I wish RIIG every success and its investors likewise.

But Jamie, the SP is taking a dive, as I predicted it would. We're heading back down to 0.50. Maybe, just maybe when it gets to 0.50 I will consider a flutter. Completely red today by the look of it.

There are so few trades done on this share it is effectively treacle. In order to buy, you need someone to sell, and in order to sell you need someone to buy. There are few of either category. Hence if you do manage to buy in, selling again is a difficulty. In other words, for the moment, if you buy in, you are locked in and can't easily get back out.

BUYing yes, SELLing no. Hmmm I wonder why?

into trading for todayand my broker still says it can't get a live price for RIIG, lol. Look at the trades for this for the past 2 days. Seems to be a difficulty with it.

tell Harold. On other share boards the regs have equally stated "they see news coming" and that they "see the SP rising a lot". TBH it's the same on just about any board. It was rife on RRR, then a string of news and RNSs came out and yet nothing happened. No rise n the SP. Just a short spike then business as usual. Bottom line is that the MMs determine the markets. Doesn't really matter what the company does, the MMs will determine HOW and WHEN the SP moves. It's eveident these past 2 months that many shares are being held back through various tactics they are using. Wide spreads is one. Fake buys and sells another. RIIG is no exception to these rules. If it is to rise it will rise slowly and steadily because the MMs will make it so to max their commissions. For the moment 0.52-0.62 is where I see RIIG. It will take a significant change to market cap to change that.

Harold, that wager is meaningless. This share spikes all the time. It could EASILY spike to 0.8p. Equally it could hit 0.55p or lower. Currently the chart indisctaes it is operating in a band where it has support at 0.52 and resistance at 0.62. Right now we're at the top of a spike so it's hugely likely that the SP will drop to 0.55 or 0.53 very soon. Would you care to wager that the chart will NOT show that the SP has hit 0.55 at some point before end March?

I have no problem with RIIG. However I deplore incessant rampers who make it their life's work to pull people into shares they are invested in. Paging back through this board I found the point at which you had READ HERE that there had been a number of take-over offers made. Yet nowhere on this forum is there any link to any factual news of such take-over offers. And yet the stooges here persist in using thee generated rumours to entice people in at every opportunity. You posted paragraphs of complete waffle as usual. You're too focussed on trying to put me down to actually hold a factual debate. So I will repeat this until you answer the questions as it's clear to anyone reading this board that you own at least 2-3 monkey accounts and your tactic against anyone with a challenging view is to hurl childish abuse and then send a salvo of meaningless posts with your monkey accounts so that the challenging post falls off the bottom of the page. I've seen this sad approach on many other forums. It doesn't work and it exposes who you work for and what you are trying to do here. So I repeat, as you failed to challenge my data. JF in ALL of his interests holds just 4.36% of the 317m shares in RIIG. That's a tiny fraction for someone who ought to have every confidence in RIIG's success. Please explain why you think this is.

I'm assuming you are talking about the entity called "The French Settlement". According to the Placings broadcast from Dec it states: "FOLLOWING the Placings, John French will be interested in 15,253,078 Shares, representing approximately 4.36per cent. of the Issued Share Capital. THIS IS SPLIT BETWEEN 11,648,308 Shares held by Spread Trustee Company Limited, on behalf of The French Settlement and 3,604,770 Shares held by John French" So, I'm sorry but this clearly states he owns a TOTAL of 4.36% of RIIG split between his personal money and that of The French Settlement. As I said before this isn't particularly large.

You've mentioned quite a few times in your endless ramping, that there have been various takeover bids turned down for RIIG. Could you provide a link to your source for that information please? Also, I noted that you rate John French quite highly (the Exec Chairman) yet I see that he has only invested his own personal wealth to the level of just 4.5% of RIIG (approx) ! In fact, aside from Cornhill Shareholders Ltd, he rates as the lowest "substantial shareholder" owner. Why would that be in your opinion?
