My last post clearly states that I have experience of other companies willing to undercut PIs with discounted placings, but either way that is no excuse for any company to behave imo. If the company is not looking after shareholders then it should not be listed at all. The signs I have observed when placings are coming in any AIM company is nearly always the same. You get lot's of large round trades appearing (in advance of the placing), then lots of "update" style RNSs from the company, an increase in board ramping from the resident crew working it, and lots of "I just had a cheeky top up" posts from the same people to create the illusion that it must therefore be safe and a good idea to top up at this point. You also tend to see a bunch of new aliases suddenly appearing to join the promotion. It really gets old TBH.

"You are asking the wrong questions Mr Magic" Experience of companies engaged in discounted share issues tells me I am not. Always ends the same way. Placing, placing, placing, at ever lower SPs and ever higher volume of shares issued and then a share consolidation to "reset" everything and the whole cycle rinses and repeats. Your endless cut/paste of news items and "jam tomorrow" sound bites isn't going to change the fortunes here. The SP has been decimated and continues to fall. There may well be future jam, but investing early for it just exposes your holding to the dilutions so by the time any jam arrives you are already well down and playing catch-up. This is imo now a traders share which will be spiked before each subsequent placing.

Jan SP - approx. 0.07p Jun SP - approx. 0.027p Loss of some 61% in share value in just 6 months ! Jan - shares in issue - 6,981,874,882 Jun - shares in issue - 10,098,253,604 Increase of approx. 45% in just 6 months Just 2 questions . . . 1. When is the next discounted placing? 2. When is the inevitable share consolidation?

Why the big drop?

Last year you were touting IMM as a great prospect and along with WSG was one of your top tipped shares. Sadly since last Sept it has fallen from its peak at 70p to almost half of that. I'd be interested in your analysis of this turn of events vs your previous expectations. Not criticising, just interested in the experience.

Hi. 100+ post recs from last Thus and yesterday is clearly not normal. Someone is systematically forcing me onto the leaderboard and it seems so they can then accuse me of doing it myself. This is a post from Inverness late last night/early this morning: "He's been baiting folks here and repeatedly reporting them to lse, claiming to be the victim. He's also using alias accounts to vote his posts up. Lse are currently having a good look at him and are very much aware of him. Imo from speaking to them they're desperate to bann him and are just waiting for their opportunity. Again imo a total lowlife, shame decent folk have to tolerate such a parasite !!!" I only use ONE ACCOUNT to post with so he is continuing to spread lies about me. I'm sure admin will have checked out my IP address and conformed. Also I find his insults "lowlife", "parasite" poor behaviour and against the site Ts&Cs. I have wide shoulders and put up with a great deal of flak but this kind of abuse and others constant swearing and insults are now getting out of hand imo. Esp as I can not report them as and when they happen. Happy to be removed from leaderboard. Regards.

I suspect so. I tried this very early on last year when I first came here. Was disappointed to find that lots of normal standard embedding functions were not supported. Other sites support embedding of pictures, YouTube clips, quotations of other posters and so on. Shame really.
