The recent buys of (allegedly) Blingybird notwithstanding, the ominous number of largish sells at low SPs continues today. 20,180,852 @ 0.026p (£5,247) - ISDX 15,000,000 @ 0.025p (£4,200) 22,287,036 @ 0.025p (£8,488) 15,000,000 @ 0.026p (£3,900) Either he has had a change of heart, or others just don't share his enthusiasm and are bailing out. There surely can not be any profit in these sells can there? If I am missing something let's here it.

"Depends what it say....that's why" Well not really. If as you say, outgoings far exceed revenues then shareholders are surely set for lots more misery in the form of fundraises. A forward looking statement is not going to change that, it will just entice more people to walk feet first into those fundraises.

Orslega - "Anybody invested in Northcote will know that the accounts will not be pretty" Oh dear, and a single sell this week dropped the SP significantly ! Orslega - "little revenues large outgoings" A recipe for high dilution for most AIM companies. Orslega - "the most important aspect today is what is happening in the next 6-12 months" I'd say the most important aspect today for existing holders is when the next placing will be so they can decide whether or not to sell down in advance and buy back afterwards. That and the issue of whether or not the share is likely to consolidate. A lot of Penny Shares don't attract the big investors and the SP here is about 3/100ths of a penny. The financial systems of some companies can't cope with share prices with this number of decimal places and the SP doesn't show correctly for trades on those system leading to a lack of transparency for investors and companies alike. It was for this reason that RRR last Dec performed a Capital Reorganisation (the 2nd in 12 months) talking the form of a 25-1 share consolidation. Andrew Bell (who of course is now partnered with NCT here) gave the following explanation in a newsletter: "The reason for [consolidation] in our mind was that the price does not at the current level display properly either on the LSE/AIM price page or for example on services like Bloomberg and Yahoo. Their methods of dealing with numbers after the decimal point varies. Some apps and services can cope, but others can’t, which is a great inconvenience to many people, and means that the price movement displayed and the price displayed may not be consistent. If we, as management, sitting in the office, can be uncertain what the real price is at any moment, it is unsurprising that shareholders are also. This can only reduce liquidity, which depends on transparency. The consolidation is to a level that is still easy to trade, and will leave a number of shares outstanding large enough for good liquidity."

I'm never particularly swayed by someone buying a bare 3% of any company because those people know that come the next placing they will drop beneath that reportable level. Just look at the ramped hype about Paul Johnson of MTR buying 3% of RRR earlier this year. Just 3%, no more and within weeks the dilution took that under the 3% threshold. The rampsters used it as fodder for pumping as all ramp crews do. Stating that good news must be coming and prospects good if PJ was buying 3%. I wasn't fooled in the least. Previous people before him have biught far larger stakes, Daniel Sklan for one bought 10-11% at one point, but subsequently diluted to oblivion. When people buy more than 4-5% I will take notice because they then have to report/notifiy again when they come to sell. At just 3% dilution will take care of the need to notify imo and such hodlers can sell at will and none of us would be any the wiser. imo.

Funny but when a single sale raises the SP by a similar amount you throw in some pithy ramp like: "Just shows how quickly this will fly on good news" Presumably then we can assume that if 1 sale drops the SP by 8% then this shows how quickly this share will tank on the next bad news? Wasn't it you who earlier today said the annual report was due and that it is not going to make good reading . . . hmmm

"how many times do you see short term holders looking for a quick buck.....they run out of patience and sell at loss, onto the next rainbow.....everyday this happens..." The city boys don't generally sell for a loss imo. They make the quick bucks (and plenty of them) and get out fast because they know that AIM is awash with lifestyle companies who will endlessly place more and more shares. They pump those shares before the placing and sell to the unsuspecting punters (the "dumb money") and run off to the next share to rinse - repeat. The issue of patience never comes into it. Hanging around in any AIM share is perilous imo because you just expose your "investment" to the placings. A recipe for disaster which I have learned to my cost. No point selling once your holding has been decimated by 75-99%, you just learn the lesson and never leave your money in for any significant length of time again. The thing is, the mugpunters have become VERY aware of all this nonsense now and it's getting harder and harder for AIM companies to pull off the "3 card Monty" any more, hence they end up getting into bed with "death spiral financing" companies. AIM as a concept, as a market, already has its writing on the wall. It requires total reform, total cleansing and a lot of directors/crooks need to be rounded up and tried for fraud, insider trading, forward selling and a host of other crimes.

What about these trades from last week 20th/21st ? 5.0m @ 0.027p (£1,350) 2.0m @ 0.027p (£544) 8.7m @ 0.0283p (£2,472) 7.4m @ 0.027p (£1,988) 10.6m @ 0.0277p (£2,944) 4.9m @ 0.029p (£1,442) These are all lower than the placing price of 0.031p.

Apologies, I am sat outside in bright sunshine which make the laptop screen harder to read. Despite this, I still don't see any trades on this website for 27th, today. I appreciate they are 15misn behind but it's been an hour since you posted there were 3 here.

Where are these 5 buys Orslega? I see nothing listed here today and only 2 trades on ISDX which are tiny

Particularly the oil shares that have enough revenue to cover their outgoings and thus have no need to keep issuing shares . . . imo.

You'd think at these prices the likes of Orslega, Helpful, Noli, Drillingcrew etc would be buying these in their millions given their relentless daily sound bites and "wink wink nudge nudge" posts. Yet volume is dead . . . . .

A sell showing at 0.0275p now. Not looking good.
