A couple of days of rising SP would do absolute wonders here. It may well happen as we approach the 15th, in anticipation. A word of caution that the wording of the last finance RNS did not say that we will know then, but there is a ratification meeting that day. We may need to wait for a letter from the bank subsequently. Hopefully not. Or if agreed as expected we can get the heads up.

Today's another day producing a load of copper and other metals from a huge mine in a safe jurisdiction. Something in the region of 20 tonnes of concentrate per day. Should be a very happy time to be involved here. Finance crossing t's and dotting i's in less than 2 weeks enabling consolidation and then expansion at Baita Plai and elsewhere. Looking forward to brighter times here for all shareholders, which notably includes our CEO.

The Brazil trial is P2... Only 60 patients. So P3 would follow which they would expedite, and no time frame given... But I'd anticipate circa 6 to 8 months.

TheMorg. Glad you raised NDAs.
As I see it until they do further clinical trials they don't have any extra data on Foralumab so the 5 long-standing NDAs cannot relate to effectiveness, and the Brazil trial is not relevant to the NDAs which were in place a while back. We have been told they also don't relate to ACCUSTEM (sale?).
So would be very interested in any views on what sort of thing they might relate to. It has puzzled me since I first took up some shares here. Has anyone experience of similar stocks and NDAs which might provide some clues?
I wonder if any of the NDAs relate to the licensing agreements for the drug portfolio, but that's only one potential.

4 weeks and counting for the brazil study - first dose was on the 3rd november.
2 or 4 week follow up likely.
Results by end of year.

Worth reiterating the main news headlines today...easily lost in the 'banter'.
1: Asset based finance deal to be finalised between Vast and Tier 1 Bank, and presented to the Bank’s credit committee for final approval in a meeting scheduled for 15 December 2020.

That's it really. But it's very good, and in line with the expected timeline shared by the BoD. Long may that continue. Nighty night.

Yeah, just happy for them to keep mining at present.
Should only be good news ahead - next delivery, finance, production ramp up etc, but happy for things to tick over while we wait. Fingers crossed, no bad news in next period and we can move on towards profitability. GLA

Mags... Good post.. And welcome. As I posted a couple of weeks back I'm a fairly short term holder since April but since then the risks have massively reduced and prospects improved. Partly achieved through the fund raising.
Let's hope for asset based finance confirmation in December, then the confidence can build further.

shall we agree that today should have been more celebratory, but being downplayed.
Anyhow we are producing, in quantities that are scheduled to increase month on month. And ultimately I can forgive frustrating comms while they continue to dig out copper and other precious metals within a booming polymetal economic outlook.
