The board of WAS have another option, for those shares NOT taken up by current shareholders: "Closing date by which the Shortfall Shares, remaining after the Offer has completed may be placed by the Directors: 19 March 2014" They can place those unsold shares, which I fear could be even lower than 0.0225 offer price, on the market. Pushing our share price down even further. Grrrr!

No, the market cap will not double. Instead we will be flooded with new WAS shares, as the RNS states: "The Rights Issue will result in the issue of up to 3,718,761,160 ordinary shares in the Company." I did not take up the last options because WAS share price was below the take up price. It is not looking too promising for this offer either.....

If the share price does not dip to 0.225p (0.04c) anytime soon, then those that take up the offer will be ok. But I fear that, like the last offer, it will not be fully taken up with shareholders because the price dropped below the offer price. WAS have wasted no time since the AGM issuing more equity. In the short term, it's bad news for current investors like myself.

Flat day of trading for WAS in Australia - lowest trades for a long time. At least the sell-off has ended (for now) ..... we're all waiting for the news on their finances.

I bought 887038 more @0.27 - seems like lots of activity today, and I just couldn't resist the nice price. It's either bottomed out and we've bagged a bargain or it'll continue to drop ..... time will tell.

In Australia WAS shares have stabilised, after rising 25% yesterday 20/11, it closed at the same price today. Here in the UK, it looks like we'll be trading below 0.3p for a few more days as it looks like brokers have some overhang (3.36m sell went through yesterday afternoon in UK). For some, that might be a bargain price to get into WAS ...... I'm airing on cautious and doubt I'd top-up at the moment.

Thanks for the update 2101dn - at least their were no shockers at the AGM. Lots of options for WAS, it was a pity Blackrock (I think) cashed in their stake for other options, leaving WAS in a difficult position. At least John Byrne is busy - not much else we can do now but wait for some positive news. It keeps going down 20%, up 25% in Australia while we are in uncertain waters.

I had hoped the AGM would force out some positive news but little new for us to digest, so I still stand by my statement on Friday: "For the moment it is all pointing south while we sweat it out. I certainly didn't think it would get as low as 0.25 - 0.30 .... but this is AIM and the risk is always more. " I did buy more at 0.3 yesterday on the chance we'd get some good news via the AGM ..... I might have to wait a bit longer!

It's been a frustrating couple of weeks and on the surface it all seems to be going wrong from the share offer not being fully taken up to the lack of dosh in the company accounts. Let's hope the AGM or a positive RNS over the coming days can turn things upward. At least WAS have fingers in more than one pie ........ Usually while those "knickers" are down, I'm in (no pun) - but I sold on a stake on the high's yesterday, buying other shares. Wish I had could have bought back in 30 mins ago - lowest buying price I'd ever seen for WAS. It'll rise again quickly....

The share price has rightly gone down because of the BT news, but almost 10% is overdone. BSY goes ex-dividend on Wednesday - so a good time to get in while it's cheap and get a dividend.

Looks like a quiet one today. Closed at 0.6c again in Australia on thin trade - but at least it is stable now.

Only real winners today are the MM's with their big spreads - fine if you buy but a bugger if you try to sell. Nice spike earlier at 0.355, but a spread of 0.024 means very few WAS shareholders could ever sell at a profit. Sit tight and wait for the sp to rise again ....

I still maintain that 0.4 is a more realistic price. (1) WAS did not sell all their 0.5 options (2) Money is still going to be tight because of all the projects (3) Oversold below the 0.4p price. All in my humble opinion, I welcome other thoughts. I'm happy to see the sp climb back up towards the 0.4p price.

Seemed to be the case all day yesterday - no matter how many buys went through the share price remained stubbornly at 0.32 but the few buys already today has pushed the price up to 0.33 (spread is still around 0.12)

I expected more volatility but it's flat lined. Maybe a better day tomorrow?

Perfect opportunity for me to top up again (I did yesterday and have just bought in at a nice low of 0.3245). I don't mind one or two big sellers, gives us small investors a chance to capitalise on the swings. Another roller coaster day ahead ......

Closed 20% up in the end on the ASX today, which is a positive sign.

I invest in shares because I get bored of leaving money in the bank and I like the risk. Why shouldn't small investors buy and sell as they please - the big boys do it daily for a living! I made £64.22 on my £500 investment five days earlier, not much but it makes about £240 up since April. Whereas if I had just left my original April investment at 0.64 - I think I'd be rather peeved it had lost me 50%. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I do get where you are coming from, AIM is very hard if you invest long term.

Past 2 weeks have been a right roller coaster but i am loving the massive swings. I used to invest in WAS as a "safe" stock because the share price never really moved, but then I lost some and got out. But I have been "lucky" in the past 2 weeks, picking a few quid here and there. I think we both got back in around the 0.4 price? Hopefully you'll be safe at that price. I get itchy fingers and tend to sell - so no 3 year wait or a house for me!
