According to my newbie book 'An article itself is not a trading or investing execution call. it is not determining where you should do what. It is an opinion piece. It is why they all have disclaimers, chartered or kangaroo. Many opinions will be behind paywalls, where least exposed to actionable consequences etc etc'
The problem with opinion, is that if it is not structured properly, it is simply based on a bias.
I like to see extracts from IM's, AGM notes etc etc
I always ask myself as I read - 'what formed that particular view? Where did that number come from?
I should not have to ask myself these questions. Each point should have an extract from somewhere, referenceable back to the company itself.
When this is not so, I just simply say to myself 'Just another BB view really, but at a cost'
Peeps - up your standards - demand from the company what you pay for - facts.
