You know, in an investigation, I dont think 'low on cash' would wash after a raise either. They would probably say ' well, you pulled 10 or 20 million out of the game over the years. Why not just go unpaid for a month or two, and hold on to the massive millions in value that was pending, for your own shareholders? Who were they all sold to?'

So no. I don't think O Hara sees anything of note at all. It was questionable when he implied it was overvalued alright - was he knocking it down for the family dog to buy prior to a move?

The consequences thereafter would not be worth it imo - and so I wrote that off

Personally i do not like the indirect insinuations that O Hara, an informed holder, is selling stock off for pennies to 'somebody', just prior to a big move up. Not only would it look bad, it would be investigated no doubt.

A real issue caveat on this raise:

In the carbon copy raise in October 2020 re £4M , 11% dilution @16p, those guys could not make 100-200% off that range. it had to go up a lot to make the average required

Fast forward 5 years: £4M, 10% dilution @17p, these guys can already make 100 to 200% at current range.

That's a real kicker - and Im afraid, a common one on little stocks, post the biggest move in their history's. But it always is a past target for others to look to - that's important really

The only problem with that is SBTX current market cap. Somebody would have to make an offer at a premium and as such, look like total t**ts on the main market. So it may have to be a private offer. An NDA lol

Wouldn't it be far better if they just arranged an offer to be refused? So the company can at least sound like it has worth despite being worthless? Much easier to offload into that?

Dont think you are allowed to raise cash for any reason at all, if in takeover talks.

I cant find a cash raise forecast on this thread. I think you may all be gerbils? I now must take every forecast with a pinch of salt, as every post never saw the one reality that was coming.
