If you ask me, CRDA are more desperate for 'innovated product' natter, than any little company.

I dont know why you all attach success so heavily to being related to CRDA. Have you actually seen the state of it?

I partially agree in terms of a dormant product having movement via Superdrug. But at £175,000 per month over 2 years, is frankly a ridiculous deal (re the 4,2M raise for it).

CRDA has gone to a basic mid earnings to low earnings tap out. Everyone knows what that means im sure.

You often find in markets, when a link to a small company is found to be true (to them in the large company returns outlook), they floor the SP in the large one

Now, thats a simple outlook. Zenekine (and other new products), wont make a jot of difference to their negative outlooks

So the question is simple - what matters not to CRDA in their opinion, will be material here?

It is a bit naïve to think the big boys who make the AIM players look like your average road sweeper, do not know more than SBTX and indeed, probably the CRDA CEO

Surprised none of you are gauging plausible cause via CRDA, for investing reasons.

Il try that in English maybe. I would hope we are just not 'hoping' they can produce when needed. Esp given the fines mentioned.

So I assume there is a contract for x amount example 3M to Winclove, over a 2 year period, which ensures they cant fail us on flow times? And if they do, I also assume management placed a basic penalty system within the contract, if terms/flow not met as per a contractual obligation?

Standard so i dont know why we mentioned fines at all today

I wish they would just detail these things, instead of seeking answers to 1000 risks

What size is the initial order from Winclove? With the 12 week order time currently, have we secured a standard 2 year no=-low-disruption contract with them? How much is that contract for? If they fail on contract, they will pay the fine to superdrug?

Anyway, it seems a lot of risk for no time cover.

I read an article on the deal in America. It's going to take me a week to decipher the technical aspects. But i shall try.

Circa £175,000 per month over 2 years? Which includes soft rollout period etc. Not going to see anything close to that back in 2 years. Who has the option control after 2 years? The odds of breakeven on 5 years would have been low.

Superdrug agreed to exclusivity that did not include Skinbio's shop or Amazon UK? Wow

Can I ask, are we simply paying them a massive shelf space lease ? Do they receive anything in payment terms from SBTX, even if no sales?

£175000 per month from our side, and nothing assured for their side, plus, basically, it can be bought online in armchair Britain - it's just not stacking up.

But Stewart needs to sharpen up. Simon should have been totally at fault about the Croda numbers, and made apologise. That's what COO's are for. Ashman should have said today ' il now pass you over to the director of operations, and the reason i messed up' .

What's the point in being CEO if you cant do that?

Looking at Ashman, I have absolute faith in you lot finding ways to achieve said. You would drive anyone nuts.

I thought Ashman did ok really. Apart from a few nervous shifts in the chair at the beginning, and the RNS days prior, he did alright

Hewittson was too calm. I did not appreciate that at all. It needs changing . He needs to be on edge

Hewitson is on honeymoon period. Give him 6 months .Might make Ashman look like a bag of calm by then.

Is that it then ? Re informing market of numbers to come, people buying on the prospect, and now it's simply 'nobody's fault' they cant be produced?

I would like to see a bit more accountability. Something, on a given date, made the CEO decide he could tell a marketplace, to expect numbers.

it was hardly a release based on assumptions? That's not due diligence pre informing market.

Somebody or some organisation is responsible. Who?

Look, you may all think I am the one posting rubbish. But I have no responsibility to shareholders. I am not regulated by MAR etc. It is not my duty to make sure all I say is fact, no more than it seems to be a boards responsibility it seems. I do not have to perform due diligence before engaging with you guys. This is why we are all on forums, and not CEO's.

I want to know why rubbish was released. I want know who is accountable. And I want to know soon, else nothing can be believed anywhere.
